Analysis Of Yanbian Agricultural Machinery Efficiency

Development of agricultural mechanization is the inevitable requirement to realize agricultural modernization, promoting the agricultural population is reduced, the current rural population aging problems, such as promoting the development of agriculture, under the background of the agricultural machinery instead of agricultural labor force is an inevitable trend. Based on the efficiency of agricultural machinery as the breakthrough point, to explore approaches to improve its agricultural mechanization.As countries strengthen the farm machinery purchase subsidy, its remarkable achievements in agricultural mechanization development, the yanbian in 2013 comprehensive agricultural mechanization rate has reached 74.79%, higher than the national average and jilin province. In order to promote agricultural mechanization of yanbian to develop in the direction of high efficient and reasonable, the DEA model using STATA software in this paper and Malmquist productivity index, to cultivation of agricultural machinery equipment and plant productivity of the agricultural machinery complete equipment as input index, area of machine-cultivated and models as output indicators, using 2000 to 2013, its data,8 cities and counties to yanbian agricultural machinery to calculate the efficiency value and efficiency of change. Calculated result shows that promoting the efficiency of various counties in the city of agricultural machinery DEA model, the DEA model of dunhua highest efficiency, the efficiency of the provice. Various counties in the city of agricultural mechanization of productivity index in general is on the rise, including agricultural machinery technical progress index were positive growth; Technical efficiency change negative index only two regions, including scale efficiency change indices relative to other growth is slow, and there are three areas appear negative growth momentum.Way to enhance the efficiency of the agricultural machinery is to keep the advantage and change the disadvantage, should not only attach importance to the technical level of ascension, also should pay attention to giving full play to the advantages of agricultural machinery of large-scale, on the basis of these two points, the combination of promoting agricultural mechanization development present situation, put forward the following policy recommendations, mainly includes four aspects:technology, management, service and scale management.
