Research On The Influencing Factors And Paths Of The Integration Of Equipment Manufacturing And Modern Service Industry

The national development and Reform Commission issued the implementation opinions on promoting the deep integration and development of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry in November 2019,pointing out to explore new business forms and new paths for the integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry.Among them,the equipment manufacturing industry is listed as a key industry for China’s future development by the "made in China 2025 planning outline" and the "17th National Congress" and "18th National Congress" of the party.However,at this stage,due to the lack of trust between the two types of enterprises,the lack of high-tech industry and high-end brand construction and other factors,the integration level of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry is still relatively shallow.At the same time,due to the different industrial development characteristics of different provinces in China,the integration paths are also different,so the successful integration cases have little reference for other regions.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to realize the deep integration of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry in different regions of China.Based on the existing literature and related theories,this study is based on the current situation of the interaction and integration of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry.Firstly,the real cases of integration are deeply analyzed to identify the influencing factors of integration.At the same time,based on the research results of toe theoretical framework and industrial integration theory,the integration driving model of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry is constructed.After that,it makes configuration analysis on the cases of panel data formation in 30 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government in China,tries to depict the integration path and explore the development path of characteristic equipment manufacturing enterprises in typical cases,in order to provide targeted guidance for regional industrial integration and the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Finally,further exploring the synergy between influencing factors will help different regions optimize and adjust their own paths to promote the deepening of integration.The results show that:(1)This study verifies the asymmetry of high fusion configuration and low fusion configuration,breaks the traditional dualism of high and low symmetry,and expounds the characteristics of set theory.In the configuration of integration conditions,technological innovation and diffusion,government policies and institutions are the key factors to realize integration.In the process of integration,each region needs to adjust measures to local conditions and explore the appropriate configuration of regional integration.This study breaks through the limitations of traditional empirical research and puts forward a causal model of the deep integration of equipment manufacturing industry with Chinese characteristics and modern service industry(2)The integration of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry is "multiple concurrent" and "the same goal by different ways".Different regions of China need to explore distinctive deep integration paths in combination with their own development characteristics.Looking at the four high integration level paths,namely balanced development,service-oriented and manufacturing oriented integration paths,take technological innovation as the core,drive organizational interaction and promote industrial integration,while the government driven integration path benefits from the guidance of the government.(3)There is a synergistic relationship(complementarity and substitution)between the configuration conditions of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry.Different regions in China can readjust and optimize the configuration solution according to their own characteristics,so as to promote the deepening of integration.From the perspective of configuration theory,this study explores the synergy between the influencing factors under the toe framework,and provides a new idea for the dynamic adjustment of antecedent configuration under the new mode of two industry integration.
