Research On The Effects Of The Integration Of Information Industry And Manufacturing Industry On Manufacturing Upgrading

On one hand,China is entering an "Overlapped Three-Phase" new normal and facing the challenge of manufacturing transformation;on the other hand,information industry,characterized by high technology,innovation and driving,has achieved rapid development since "Twelfth five-year".Therefore,with the rapid development of the information industry and its high correlation with the manufacturing industry,the integration of information industry and manufacturing industry will provide a new momentum for manufacturing upgrading.In view of this,firstly,this paper summarized foundations of the integration of information industry and manufacturing industry,judging theoretically from their connotations and industrial characteristics.And then this paper analyzed the mechanisms and effects of the integration from the motivations and essences of industrial integration.Secondly,the paper explained the interaction mechanism of the integration on manufacturing upgrading,with diverse perspectives from manufacturing cost,production process,innovation capabilities,marketing abilities and industrial chain synergy of manufacturing industry.Thirdly,the paper selected Chinese provincial input-output data in 2012 and 2015 and used the input-output model to measure the integration of information industry and manufacturing industry,and analyzed the level and trend of the integration in various regions of China,and then used partial least squares regression to study the effects of some important factors on the integration.Fourthly,the paper constructed a manufacturing upgrade evaluation index system to measure the manufacturing upgrade situation in various regions of China,and used grey relational method to study the relationship between the integration and manufacturing upgrading,and then used fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the upgrading path of manufacturing industry under the integration between information industry and manufacturing industry.Finally,according to the research findings,combining with the development status the two industries in each region,this paper discussed the suggestions to promote manufacturing upgrading from three perspectives of the government,manufacturing enterprises and information enterprises.The main conclusion in this paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,the degree of industry integration between manufacturing industry and the information industry in different regions is quite different;the degree of industry integration between different manufacturing industries and the information industry is quite different.Secondly,the integration of manufacturing and information has a supporting effect on manufacturing transformation and upgrading,and relatively effective mechanisms have been formed.Thirdly,there is a strong dynamic promotion feature between the industrial integration and manufacturing upgrading.Therefore,the integration between information industry and manufacturing industry will motivate the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry continuously.Fourthly,some manufacturing upgrading paths have been formed under the integration between information industry and manufacturing industry.
