Research On The Influence Of Social Security Expenditure On Urban-rural Income Gap

In recent years,as our country’s economy were continued recovery,urban and rural per capita disposable income continues to grow,however the urban and rural income gap is still large.In 2021,the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the West Province was 37,433 yuan.The per capita disposable income of rural residents was 15308,and the income gap of urban and rural residents reached 22,125 yuan,and the urban and rural income ratio was 2.45.The urban-rural income gap will not only flow to the rural population to the town,causing the rural hollow,not conducive to the development of rural areas,hindering urban and rural integration,which is not conducive to urban and rural overalls,and the urban and rural income gap has caused rural residents to produce unbalanced,not balanced.Happiness is not strong,may have more social problems,affecting social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the urban-rural income gap at Shanxi Province,improve the per capita income of rural residents,let the people of the province share the achievements of reform and opening up,to achieve a common wealthy brick.The social security system uses financial pockets and can play the role of national income and promote the distribution of income,helping the health and sustainable development of the national economy,and play an indispensable role in promoting social equity and improving the income gap between the two areas.So,in order to further reduce urban and rural income gap in Shanxi Province,give full play to social security in the adjustment of resident’s income distribution,this paper starts from shrinking urban and rural income gaps,studying the impact of Shanxi financial social security expenditure on urban and rural income gap And at the perspective of promoting the distribution fairly of urban and rural income to analyze the social security system in Shanxi Province.This paper first based on Marxism-based reproduction theory,social contractory,German new historical and old welfare economics,analyzes the direction and size of social security expenditures in regulating income gaps.Secondly,the path of social security spending regulates urban-rural income gaps,introduces the guidance process and the main way of social security expenditure affecting income gap.Again,introduce the relevant data of Shanxi Province,compare the development of the income gap in urban and rural residents in Shanxi Province,in-depth analysis of the absolute gap between urban and rural income and urban and rural residents,the increase of the absolute income gap in urban and rural residents has always existed,but will be the income of urban and rural residents Compared with the national comparison,the gap in Shanxi Province is lower than the average of the country.Through the study of expenditure levels,spending size,expenditure and urban and rural residents’ transfer,the size of social security expenditures at Shanxi Province will be improved,and the social security expenditure level is above the national average,and urban and rural areas The difference is large,and the rural social security level is low.Finally,this paper uses data from 1999 to 2019 Social Security and urban and rural residential income gap.After the inspection of data,the structural vector self-return metrology model is established,and the impact between the two is verified by pulse response and variance decomposition analysis.relation.According to the research,this paper comes to some conclusions: First,the level of social security in Shanxi is continuously improved,urban and rural income is constantly narrowed,social security expenditures have the role of adjusting income gap;second,social security expenditure scale and urban and rural income gap There is obvious causality,social security expenditures play an important role in shrinking urban and rural residents,and the increase in economic development,urbanization process accelerated and increased education input will shrink urban and rural income gap,but this impact is smaller than social security expenditures.Because of this,this paper proposes the following suggestions: Improve social security expenditure,give full play to social security functions;improve the rural social security system,effectively solve the problem of people’s livelihood of rural residents;promote social security urban and rural overall planning,improve transfer payment system.
