Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Product Quality Supervision In Yangzhong City

Industrial products are widely used in various fields,and their quality are closely related to national economy and people’s livelihood.With the rapid development of economy and society,the industrial product market is also expanding.However,the quality and safety accidents of industrial products not only threaten the safety of the lives and property of the people,but also trigger people’s query of the quality supervision of industrial products.At present,the main social contradiction has changed.People’s awareness of the quality is constantly awakening,and people have higher requirements for product quality and life quality.The whole society has put the pressure on the government’s regulation of product quality.Yangzhong city has comprehensively uses various ways to improve product quality such as market access,certification and accreditation,management enforcement,and create excellent achievement in medium and low voltage engineering electrical field.Theses years,Yangzhong city has achieved some results in product quality and brand construction,but it also has always been facing with lots of problems on product quality.Some small and micro enterprises lack the awareness of quality.Nowadays,the trend of product homogeneity is very serious and the competitive strength of the regional brand is not very strong.Based on government regulation theory,asymmetric information theory and multi-center governance theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial product quality supervision.Through the methods of literature research,interview and observation,this paper excavates the practical problems encountered by the grass-roots supervision departments,which will help to continuously improve the supervision measures and urge the grass-roots supervision departments to provide more effective supervision and more accurate services to the market and society,so as to further improve the credibility of government regulation.The results of the investigation and research shows: for the regulatory authorities,the combination of government departments is not good enough,and the regulatory enforcer and the executive power need strengthening;for the regulatory objects,the lack of subject responsibility,fake and low-quality products,irresponsible intermediary are difficult to handle;for the regulatory process,the supervision of product quality needs the support of the law,information technology,inspection and detection technology and so on.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality supervision of industrial products in Yangzhong City: first,unite the grass-roots market supervision force.Communication and coordination within the system,between departments at the same level and under the higher level shall be well done to realize the chemical integration of functions and teams.Second,improve the efficiency of industrial product quality supervision.Improve laws and regulations,ensure standard supply,promote intelligent supervision based on credit supervision with the help of information systems,and maximize the supervision efficiency of limited supervision resources.Third,improve the inspection and detection ability.Strengthen the construction of employees,focus on the needs of enterprises and improve the institutional allocation to meet the market demand.Fourth,build a large market supervision pattern.Market players remain dynamic,the government takes promising intervention,enterprises strengthen their sense of responsibility,fully stimulate social supervision,and form a joint governance force.Through this research,this paper attempts to provide grass-roots experience for industrial product quality supervision,so as to provide more effective supervision and more accurate services for the market and society,and further enhance the credibility of government supervision.
