Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Quality Management Of ZB Architectural Design Institute

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that,the economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.As a traditional manufacturing industry,the construction industry is in the stage of rapid development of improving product quality,improving quality standards and strengthening the level of refined management.In this context,various architectural design institutes have focused on improving the quality management of design.This paper takes the quality management of ZB Architectural Design Institute as the research object,and aims to find out the most urgent problems by finding out the problems existing in its quality management,and design solutions in a targeted manner.Realize the improvement of the quality management level of ZB Architectural Design Institute,so as to improve the owner’s satisfaction and improve its core competitiveness.First of all,this paper sorts out the research status of quality management,and focuses on summarizing the quality management research results of the Design Institute.Second,this paper defines and describes the related concepts and theories of quality management involved.Third,through questionnaires,interviews,etc.,describe the current situation of the quality management work of ZB Architectural Design Institute,and point out the problems existing in the quality management.After that,analyze the cause of the problem from the five elements of the "Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environments ",and then determine the most urgent cause of the problem through the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Fourth,according to the five aspects of "Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environments",this paper puts forward the quality management optimization scheme of ZB Architectural Design Institute,including Implement quality-oriented personnel management,Development and application of a collaborative design platform,Build formal communication mechanisms to ensure design quality,Implement quality management system,Promoting quality assurance measures under short cycle constraints.Finally,the application and effect of this optimization scheme in the TY Phase II residential project are introduced.Before and after the application of the optimization strategy,the comparison results of the quality management situation can reflect that the optimization strategy scheme can solve the quality management problems of ZB Architectural Design Institute.
