| Organizational resilience is the key to deal with crisis in turbulent and changing environment,which has attracted wide attention in academic circles.At present,scholars generally believe that organizational resilience can not only maintain the status quo in the crisis environment,but also improve the ability of the organization to cope with the crisis and crisis management,so that the organization can make timely and effective adjustment in the face of sudden destructive shocks to restore the original state of operation.To date,research on organizational resilience has been divided among different scholars,which makes it difficult to make specific recommendations for dealing with crises.The establishment of organizational resilience is an ongoing process that requires continuous learning,flexibility,adaptation and assessment.In addition,different industries have their own particularities,and it is necessary to develop industry-specific resilience indicators,including practical understanding of organizational resilience and how to construct resilience characteristics.As an integral part of the service industry,catering enterprises are easily affected by disasters and crises.Therefore,this paper selects the century-old W catering enterprise in Chengdu,adopts the coding technology of grounded theory,analyzes the main characteristics of organizational resilience of catering enterprises,and explores its structural dimensions.By focusing the research work on catering companies and understanding how catering companies respond to crisis events,it will help catering companies cultivate the ability to resist crises and help restaurants recover from crisis events.This study focuses on the research on organizational resilience of catering companies,and proposes a conceptual framework that expounds the components of organizational resilience from the perspective of catering companies,enriches our understanding of organizational resilience from the perspective of catering companies Companies provide new ideas for dealing with crisis events. |
