| In the process of global development,there will inevitably be various turbulent environments that hinder economic development and cause huge economic losses.This turbulent environment includes economic crises,natural disasters,public health events and other forms of events.However,the sudden outbreak of the new crown epidemic in early 2020 has put the whole world in great crisis and turmoil,and it is the impact of public health events in history.The most serious crisis events,and exacerbated social instability.Due to the outbreak of the new coronavirus in China,the domestic tourism industry,including the travel agency industry,has been affected to varying degrees.In addition,travel agencies are the most vulnerable enterprises to the crisis.Many travel agency companies that cannot withstand the impact of the epidemic are facing There are many difficulties and problems such as store closure and bankruptcy,so travel agency companies urgently need to explore their own organizational resilience elements to build organizational resilience.The so-called organizational resilience is hidden within the enterprise,which is composed of many resilience elements to cope with the sudden turbulent environment and the ability to recover.Therefore,this thesis takes SZL Travel Agency,a leading state-owned travel agency in Zhejiang Province with a relatively complete risk mechanism,as an example.With the help of interview data and data,this thesis analyzes the capital,manpower,products,customer base,marketing,etc.of SZL Travel Agency under the new coronavirus epidemic.The current situation of aspect elements requires further improvement of its own organizational resilience elements.Therefore,this thesis uses the data and materials obtained by in-depth interviews to analyze the composition of organizational resilience elements of SZL travel agencies from three aspects: resources,capabilities and adaptability to the external environment.Secondly,according to the initial,middle and late stages of the spread of the new coronavirus epidemic,corresponding to the three stages of survival,adaptation and innovation of the organizational resilience construction of SZL travel agency,the role of organizational resilience elements in the organizational resilience stage of SZL travel agency was explored.At the same time,the comparative analysis method is used to compare the data and data of some private travel agencies and SZL travel agencies from micro(enterprise employees),meso(enterprise itself),and macro(external environment),and extract the advantages and disadvantages of SZL travel agency organizational resilience elements.Finally,in the face of the normalization of the new coronavirus epidemic in the future,in view of the lack of organizational resilience elements of SZL Travel Agency,it is proposed to have certain pertinence and orientation from the three aspects of resources,capabilities and adaptability to the external environment.The following measures are proposed: 1.Improve superior products according to changes in market environment and customer needs,and integrate various industries to develop new products;2.Improve the financial system of travel agencies,reasonably plan budgets and control costs,reduce Useless expenditure,expand financing channels;3.Promote personnel system reform and talent training;4.Integrate customer acquisition channels and new media communication resources,adjust internal structure,improve brand image and product quality;5.Improve the adaptability of travel agencies to the external environment,Actively obtain policy support and make good use of policy dividends;6.Deepen intra-industry cooperation and establish an industry supervision system.Based on the above conclusions,in the process of building organizational resilience,travel agency companies need to consider the situation to integrate and improve their own organizational resilience elements,thereby providing solutions for travel agency companies to deal with uncertain situations in the development process,and also for travel agencies.The organizational resilience construction of enterprises and even the entire tourism industry provides practical reference to realize the sustainable development of travel agency enterprises. |
