As a national economy and people’s livelihood industry related to the vital interests of the people,pharmaceutical retail industry has an important impact on the harmony and stability of our society.With the formulation and full implementation of relevant policies of China’s pharmaceutical industry,the pharmaceutical retail industry has also entered the fast lane,catching up with and surpassing the development of western countries in nearly a century in 20 years.While the rapid development of the industry has also produced many threats and challenges affecting the industry pattern.As a pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise integrating pharmaceutical logistics distribution and chain store sales,Xinghuo Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.fully combines its own actual situation to find a strategy in line with the business characteristics of the enterprise and can show its own development advantages,so as to seize more market share for the enterprise Lay a solid foundation for improving the ability of sustainable development.The research of this paper lays the foundation of this paper through literature review and introduction of relevant theories.By summarizing the basic situation of the company,evaluating the current development situation of the company and analyzing the problems existing in the development of the company,it is concluded that the company has some problems,such as insufficient market expansion,lack of business characteristics,small price advantage,lack of professional and technical personnel,and analyzes the causes of the problems in detail.Analyze and discuss the company’s development strategy.In the process of studying the company’s strategic environment,by analyzing its external environment and comprehensively using Porter’s five forces model and PEST analysis method,it is found that the competition in the industry in which the company is located is becoming more and more intense,and the domestic large pharmaceutical retail enterprises continue to seize the market share,but the trend of social aging The change of consumption habits caused by the increase of per capita income and the government’s support for small and micro enterprises have created certain conditions for the good development of the company.By analyzing the internal environment of the company,this paper analyzes the resource situation,enterprise ability,enterprise culture and other related factors of the target enterprise as a whole.Using SWOT analysis method,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the enterprise from the four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,summarizes the development strategy in line with the current situation of the enterprise,and determines that the company should adopt so growth strategy.Make full use of the company’s existing advantages,actively expand the market and improve the market share.Then it defines the short-term and long-term objectives of the company’s development strategy,implements the strategy of market development and integrated development,implements different strategic plans at different stages,and puts forward strategic guarantee measures from three aspects of enterprise system,human resources and enterprise culture.Promote Xinghuo Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.to improve its core competitiveness and make the company obtain competitive advantages in the development of the industry.
