| In today’s new economic era,scientific and technological innovation is an important engine for high-quality national development.Since the beginning of the21 st century,the state has implemented two rounds of northeast old industrial base revitalization strategy,initial results.However,due to the lack of innovation consciousness and low market sensitivity of enterprises in Jilin Province,they are in a state of low innovation efficiency for a long time,and the unpredictable market environment,jilin Province is still under great economic downward pressure.According to the statistical yearbook in recent years,compared with the developed provinces in China,Jilin province still has a big gap in innovation input,innovation output and innovation transformation.With the booming digital economy and the spread of COVID-19,the demographic dividend of Jilin Province is disappearing day by day.The innovation-driven mechanism that relied on traditional inputs of capital,labor and other factors has been unable to promote the development of Jilin Province.Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy,enterprises in Jilin Province must improve innovation ability,catch up with developed areas,and take independent innovation as the first driving force of enterprise development.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the innovation ability of Jilin Province to discuss the components of enterprise innovation motivation and the mechanism of innovation performance in Jilin Province.Based on the innovation status of enterprises in Jilin Province,this study takes CRRC Changke,FAW Hongqi and Modified Pharmaceutical as exploratory case analysis.Based on the innovation motivation theory,power theory and resource-based theory to build the enterprise internal driving force,production coordination force,market competition and government support influence the concept of enterprise innovation performance model of jilin province,emphatically probes into the internal driving force and collaborative force of production,study and direct impact on the enterprise innovation performance,And the moderating effect of market competition pressure and government support.The data were collected through questionnaire distribution,and analyzed and tested by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 17.0.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: in the enterprises of Jilin Province,1.The enterprise internal power is positively correlated with the innovation performance of enterprises.2.Industry-university-research synergy is positively correlated with enterprise innovation performance.3.The moderating effect of market competitive pressure: it has a positive moderating effect on the enterprise internal power and innovation performance of enterprises,as well as the industry-university-research synergy and innovation performance of enterprises.4.The moderating role of government support force: it plays a positive moderating role between enterprise internal power and innovation performance,and also plays a positive moderating role between industry-university-research synergy and enterprise innovation performance.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward practical suggestions for enterprises of Jilin Province: firstly,strengthen internal management of enterprises,improve innovation ability,secondly improve enterprise cooperation network,pay attention to external absorption,and finally correctly treat and use market competition pressure and government support to promote enterprise innovation.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper and how to improve in the future are summarized and prospected. |
