The ship agent is an important part of international sea transportation logistics.It is not only closely connected to the buyer and seller of the goods and shipowners,but also plays a key role in the loading and unloading and operation of the ship during the Hong Kong period,and the acceleration of the shipowner’s turnover to reduce logistics costs.The development of the ship agency industry not only promotes the development of my country’s international trade,but also the main driving force for the development of my country’s transportation industry.The development level of ship agency enterprises is closely related to the level of competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,if a ship agent enterprise wants to achieve lasting development,it is necessary to formulate a strong competitive strategy.Therefore Strategic selection as the focus of research.In recent years,with the gradual slowdown of economic growth,the continuous decline in international trade volume has led to a sharp decrease in import and export volume of goods worldwide.Shipping,as the most important way of trade,has also been correspondingly impacted.The main manifestations are excessive carrier capacity of the ship.The cost of shipowner needs to pay,and the risk of operating risks has also increased sharply.At the same time,it has further lowered the rate of ship agents.In addition,the country’s comprehensive release of the ship generation industry’s access,which also directly leads to intensified competition between the ship agency industry.Therefore,how to maintain a higher competitive advantage in this complex market environment,and enabling enterprises to develop healthy and sustainable development is a problem that each ship agency enterprise urgently needs to consider.As one of the earliest private ship agency companies established by Huayang Agency,its business volume has always ranked at the forefront of Guangzhou Port.This article conducts a strategic analysis of Huayang Company,hoping to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the healthy development of the overall ship industry in my country.Based on the research on the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this article first summarized the relevant theory,and explained the concepts,business scope,and the development process of my country’s ship agency in detail.Subsequently,the development status and environment of the Huayang ship was analyzed,and the Potter Five Power Models were mainly used to conduct a key analysis of the Huayang ship.Finally,through the creation of the QSPM matrix,and from the perspective of the internal and external factors of Huayu,the weight analysis of weights,which concluded that Huayang Company adopted the conclusion Differentiated and price differentiation measures have further proposed corresponding guarantee measures,that is,increasing information construction,improving the salary system,maintaining the company’s brand image,and strengthening human resources construction.The proposal of these constructive solutions has practical significance and reference for the long-term development of the Chinese ship.
