Research On The Develop Strategy Of Chinese Shipping Broker Industry Basis SWOT Analysis

China’s shipping services because of its huge supply and demand, is an important component of China’s service trade. Plus new policy of “one belt, one road” and the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, provide a good opportunity for the development of our maritime transport service trade.This thesis selects the dry bulk shipping broking industry as the research object, give the overall analysis of the definition of the industry, the characteristics and the important meaning to promote our maritime transport service trade. Also use SWOT method for qualitative analysis, concrete analysis of China’s dry bulk shipping brokering industry’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and combined with the VHP analysis method for quantitative analysis. Get the conclusion that our country should adopt positive strategy in dry bulk shipping brokering industry. To take the advantages like own international status, ship volume, the shipbuilding capacity, etc to overcome the disadvantages like imperfect policy, lack professional people for this industry etc. By improving the international competitiveness and market share of the shipping service industry, to give more good experiences to improve the level of shipping service trade of our country.
