In recent years,under the background of continuous social and economic development,China’s automobile consumption market has gradually developed in depth,which has effectively promoted the development of the automobile logistics industry.However,under the current complex international situation and the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic,the automobile logistics industry is also facing severe tests and challenges.For the automobile logistics industry,human resources are one of the important factors supporting the development of automobile logistics enterprises,excellent human resources are pretty valuable wealth.The most direct channel of human resources introduction is recruitment,so it is significant to optimize the recruitment system of enterprises.On the basis of fully learning the theories related to talent recruitment,this paper investigated and analyzed the general situation of C Company and the current situation of talent recruitment.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey,it found the problems existing in the company’s current talent recruitment system : the recruitment plan is not perfect,the recruitment process is not complete,the recruitment channels are not reasonable,the recruitment evaluation system is not complete and scientific,and the recruitment evaluation is not effective.Combined with the learned theory,aiming at the current problems,this paper put forward a detailed plan to optimize the recruitment system: further optimize the recruitment plan by making the company’s mid-term and long-term human resources planning,scientifically and reasonably forecasting the demand and supply of human resources;The recruitment channels should be further optimized by continuing to explore and expand internal recruitment channels,employee recommendation channels and university-enterprise cooperation channels,and are supposed to be selected according to the characteristics of the post.The recruitment evaluation system can be further optimized by strengthening the resume analysis of the candidates,designing the interview evaluation form reasonably,and establishing the talent evaluation question bank.The recruitment evaluation can be further optimized by adding evaluation indexes of recruitment effect and summarizing recruitment work.Finally,the paper analyzes the implementation guarantee of C company’s recruitment system optimization scheme,including strengthening the recruitment of human resources guarantee,strengthen the recruitment of organizational guarantee,improve the recruitment system,and increase capital investment.Based on the actual situation of C Company,this paper can help the company to solve the problems of “recruitment difficulty” and“retention difficulty” to a certain extent,further enrich and optimize the current recruitment system of C Company,and at the same time,it has a certain reference role for other companies in the automotive logistics industry. |
