Enterprises are facing both important opportunities and increasingly fierce competition as national policies of deepening reform in an all-round way as well as mass entrepreneurship and innovation are in full swing in recent years.More and more enterprises are aware of the importance of talents and realize that they can hardly survive and thrive without sufficient talent support.Recruitment,which is a significant part of human resource management system of an enterprise,plays an important role in identifying and selecting talents with high precision and efficiency,and thus becomes an issue that no enterprise could afford to ignore.With Huali Information Company Talent Recruitment System Optimized Design as the research theme and under the guiding ideology of identifying-researching-analyzing-solving problems and continuous improvement,the author starts with analyzing typical issues in recruitment.Inspired by research results of various scholars and advanced experiences of other companies' recruitment system construction,and taking the situation of Huali Information Company into consideration,the author further proposes a series of solutions by applying literature research,panel discussion and questionnaire,such as,establishing a human resource planning mechanism based on the company's development goals in order to cope with lack of planning,building a job competency model based on job analysis to achieve recruitment standards,optimizing the recruitment process to prevent shortcomings of a rigid process,expanding recruitment channels to attract excellent candidates;building an interviewer team to promote professional levels,designing a variety of evaluation methods for comprehensive evaluation of candidates for the diversity of evaluation,and building an effect evaluation index system for lack of recruitment effect evaluation.In dealing with the deep causes of current problems in the recruitment system of the Company,the author also puts forward optimization proposals for the establishment of an accurate and efficient recruitment system,such as,enhancing the construction of corporate culture,establishing systematic human resource management concepts,strengthening the role of human resource management,and introducing the PDCA management cycle to improve the recruitment system continuously.During the research,the author has drawn on many useful research results and practical experiences.At the same time,the author finds out that SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises)in China also face similar recruitment dilemma.Therefore,it is highly hoped that the research process and conclusions in this article can be of some help.Due to the restriction in time,energy and ability,the research in this paper is far from perfect and needs further improvement.It is also highly desired that this paper can attract more attention from scholars and enterprises in talent recruitment.
