Study On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Marine Ranches In Yantai Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,the extensive use of the sea and the lack of effective ecological protection measures have led to a rapid decline in the species and number of marine organisms,serious damage to the marine ecological environment,and many marine organisms have lost their habitats,this depletion of mode of production will eventually lead to the depletion of marine resources.The World Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO)said: “More than 80% of the world’s marine products have been overfished,marine living resources are on the verge of depletion,since 1950,the marine fish species including tuna,shark and other species in the number and density of rapid decline,or even to the edge of extinction.”.At present,in the northern waters of China,such as the Bohai Sea Sea and the Yellow Sea,the marine living resources are on the verge of exhaustion,and many kinds of marine fish have become non-fishing season,some of which are on the verge of extinction.Therefore,the maintenance of marine balance of nature,protection and restoration of marine resources,has become a hot research and concern of countries around the world.Through long-term exploration,all countries in the world have adopted supporting policies to protect marine living resources in accordance with local conditions.The long-term research experience of various countries has inspired us that the construction of marine ranches is not only beneficial to the protection of marine ecosystem,but also can promote the development of traditional fishery to modern intensive fishery and develop and utilize marine resources in a more rational and orderly way.This research involves the theoretical basis of economy,ecology,sustainable development,marine pasture,artificial reef and so on.Through the methods of principal component analysis and Dea cross-efficiency model,the selected marine pasture is analyzed empirically,evaluation of the integrated benefits of Marine rangelands with a view to promoting high-quality development of marine rangelands.The paper consists of seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad and the main contents of the research;Thirdly,the paper analyzes the development of Yantai Ocean ranch from the aspects of the situation of Yantai Ocean ranch construction,the current situation of Yantai Sea area and the current situation of Yantai Ocean ranch construction Fourthly,it analyzes the economic,social and ecological benefits brought by the establishment of marine ranches;fifthly,it analyzes the benefits of selected provincial and national marine ranches,using the established evaluation index system of marine ranches efficiency,and selecting the marine ranches at the provincial level in Yantai and in Shanghai as the research objects,the paper analyzes the benefit of marine ranches,finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the comprehensive benefit of marine ranches.Through this study,we can see the relationship between each input index of the marine pasture and its comprehensive benefits very directly.During the construction and development of the marine pasture in the future,by controlling the input variables,the comprehensive benefit of marine pasture can be greatly improved.
