Research On The Impact Of Higher Education Resources On High-quality Economic Development From The Perspective Of Green Innovation

During the 14 th Five-year Plan period,China’s economy is accelerating its transformation and upgrading,and higher education has become the main factor to achieve the goals of industrial structure adjustment and high-quality economic development.The study of the impact of higher education resources on high-quality economic development is a major subject that China’s economy has entered a new stage of development.This paper focuses on the relationship between higher education resources,green innovation and high-quality economic development.Firstly,through the definition of the connotation of the three.The index system of higher education resources,the index system of high-quality economic development and the index system of green innovation are constructed based on entropy method,combination weight evaluation method and dynamic factor analysis method respectively,and relevant hypotheses are proposed based on the theory.Secondly,non-spatial panel regression modeling is carried out.By examining the selection panel regression model,the panel regression model based on individual and time double fixed effect model is constructed,and it is found that higher education resources contribute to high-quality economic development.By regional regression,it is found that the impact of higher education resources on high-quality economic development is different in different regions,including eastern,central and western regions,and the difference between provincial capital cities and non-provincial capital cities will be great.Thirdly,the mediation effect of green innovation is analyzed.Through mediation effect theory,constructs the mediation effect of green innovation as intermediary variable model,the empirical analysis of higher education resources to the total effect of high quality and economic development and the mediation effect,it is concluded that the higher education resources through the mediation of green innovation effect,to promote the development of economy,high quality higher education resources into the influence factors of high quality and economic development.Finally,the spatial econometric model was selected and the spatial panel regression model was constructed.By analyzing the spatial spillover effect of higher education resources on high-quality economic development,it is found that the spatial spillover effect of higher education resources on high-quality economic development decreases with the increase of distance.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)based on high quality and economic development,green innovation,and the measure of higher education resources,it is concluded that the three comprehensive index values were rising trend year by year,in time on the space area differences,the eastern region is higher than in the western region is higher than the central region,the provincial capital of higher education resources is higher than the provincial cities;(2)Higher education plays a positive role in high-quality economic development,with a contribution of 5.8%,and the coefficient varies in different regions.(3)Higher education resources have direct and indirect effects on high-quality economic development,and the indirect effects of promoting high-quality economic development through green innovation account for 15.28% of the total effects;(4)Through spatial econometric analysis,it is found that higher education has spatial spillover effect on high-quality economic development.The contribution of higher education resource input to high-quality economic development of local economy is 0.0624,and the spillover effect of higher education resource input to high-quality economic development of surrounding areas is 0.4259.
