Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of C Company Based On Factor Analysis

As we all know,the manufacturing industry as the pillar industry of economic development in our country,affecting the economy as a whole,and home appliance manufacturing industry is an important part of manufacturing,on the one hand,the electrical appliances industry influence national economy,on the other hand,the intelligent home appliance industry and facilitation is directly affect people’s well-being and the acquisition,so the study of home appliance manufacturing industry is of great significance.At present,the industrial division of home appliance industry is refined,the enterprise competition is intensified,not only to compete with various enterprises in the same industry,at the same time,with economic integration,more and more overseas home appliance enterprises’ products enter the Chinese market,which has also become the thorny competitors of domestic home appliance enterprises.In this context,enterprises need to build a scientific,reasonable,comprehensive and effective financial performance evaluation system,recognize their own operating conditions,clear enterprise development plan,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,this paper selects intelligent household appliance enterprises as the research object to evaluate their financial performance.Factor analysis is one of the traditional financial performance evaluation method,has its advantages,the analysis of enterprises,reduce the overall number of variables in the research,makes the research process is relatively easy,at the same time the ability of different enterprises under the same caliber,increase the comparability between companies,so this is also this paper approach to the study of financial performance.evaluation.This paper analyzes C Company from horizontal and vertical comparison.On the one hand,the financial data of 21 enterprises in the same industry are selected for horizontal comparison with the financial data of C Company.By calculating the score of each factor and ranking,the profitability,debt paying ability,development ability and operation ability of C Company are analyzed.On the other hand,select the financial data of C company in recent five years,and use the obtained model to make a longitudinal comparison of C company and analyze the changes of C company’s various capabilities in recent five years.Through horizontal and vertical comparison,the performance level of COMPANY C is evaluated in all aspects and the operating status of the company is understood.The research finds that C company has some problems,such as the imbalance between the ratio of current assets and fixed assets,decline of roe,low asset-liability ratio and slow inventory turnover.In view of these problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as reducing inventory,increasing liabilities to increase profits,controlling labor costs of raw materials and increasing profits.
