Analysis Of Enterprise Financial Statements Based On Strategic Perspective

As an irreplaceable part of China’s national economy,commercial vehicle industry plays an important role in driving consumption,investment and export,which is the "troika" of eco nomy.At the same time,commercial vehicle industry in the transportation of consumer goods,infrastructure construction,export goods transportation and other aspects of the role can not b e underestimated.The development of commercial vehicle industry not only greatly promotes China’s economic progress,but also directly reflects China’s economic development level.In t he context of such economic development,with the continuous increase of infrastructure inve stment in the field of domestic transportation and the improvement of construction level,coup led with the rapid development of express transportation industry and people’s increasing cons umption level.China’s commercial vehicle enterprises look at the development trend of the gl obal mainstream commercial vehicle enterprises,how to keep up with the international trend a nd drive the development of the relevant industrial chain has become the primary issue that C hina’s commercial vehicle enterprises should pay attention to at present,but also triggered a se ries of thoughts on the future development of commercial vehicle enterprises.This paper selected FAW Jiefang as the research object and analyzed the financial statem ents of FAW Jiefang from a strategic perspective.It can be found that there are some problems in the operation of Faw liberation,including product,marketing,quality control,R&D and finance.Aiming at the above problems,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement suggestions from the aspects of technology/product,quality,cost,structure and finance,which provides relevant reference for the decision-making of this enterprise,expands the application scope of financial statement analysis based on strategic perspective,and aims to help understand the current situation of commercial vehicle enterprises and industries.It is also necessary to make a reasonable forecast of the future development of Faw liberation,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of commercial vehicle enterprises and industries in the future,and to help Faw liberation and the entire commercial vehicle industry achieve better development in the future.
