Research On The Development Model Of Xinjiang Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Taking The 14th Division Of The Corps As An Example

Although the professional farmer cooperatives of the 14 th Division of Xinjiang Corps have a short development time,it has still driven the development of the local rural economy,especially it has made many contributions to the realization of local farmers’ income increase,agricultural,industrialization and agricultural modernization.Due to the short development time,there are still many problems in the professional farmer cooperatives of the 14 th Division of the Corps,such as the weak farmer status,the insufficient development vitality of cooperatives,the imperfect cooperative system,and the low level of providing services.Through reading relevant domestic and foreign literature,it is found that no one has specifically studied the professional farmer cooperatives of the 14 th Division of the XPCC.Therefore,this paper selected the 14 th Division of the XPCC,systematically studied it,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.This paper studies the cooperatives of each model from the three aspects of establishing characteristics,case and model evaluation,and makes the theoretical research more vivid and easy to understand through the cases.The article is mainly divided into five parts.The first chapter is the clue,mainly the research situation,research background,significance,and methods at home and abroad.Chapter 2 is the relevant concept and theoretical support of cooperatives.Chapter III is the development of professional farmer cooperatives in the 14 th Division of the Corps.This paper analyzes the development situation,existing problems and causes.Chapter 4 is the study of the agricultural professional cooperative model of the 14 th Division of the Corps.The four main patterns of the current 14 th Corps Division are studied,with cases attached.Chapter 5 is the model selection and development countermeasures of the professional farmer cooperatives in the 14 th Division of the Corps.The development model of the 14 th Division is proposed and the relevant countermeasures of cooperative development are proposed.After research,it is finally concluded that the development mode driven by leading enterprises is the most suitable development mode for the 14 th Division of the XPCC.However,the 14 th Division of the XPCC cannot only rely on this mode to develop and expand the cooperative team,but must pay attention to long-term and sustainable development.Therefore,the development model of cooperatives must also be diversified to drive the development of rural economy in various forms.At the same time,the 14 th Division of the XPCC to develop farmers’ professional cooperative countermeasures,mainly for the following four points:first,improve the cooperative management system;second,cultivate more professionals;third,increase government support;and fourth,enhance financial support.
