Analysis Of Land Use Spatial Pattern Changes And Influencing Factors Based On Gis And Logistic Model

As an important natural resource and asset,land plays an increasingly prominent role in nat ional economic and social development,especially under the new situation,the central govern ment regards land as an important means of participating in macro-control.At present,with th e continuous development of China’s economy,negative phenomena such as unreasonable lan d use are gradually emerging.It is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of our country to study the change of land use pattern and make the limited land use more rati onally.Based on the literature review of domestic and foreign land use pattern changes and the ana lysis of influencing factors,this study takes Linqing City,Shandong Province as the research area,and the third national land survey(hereinafter referred to as "Three Adjustments")as the research background.Comprehensively using GIS spatial analysis,empirical research,correl ation analysis and other research methods,the whole process application of GIS in the "three adjustment" survey was studied,and the GIS summary statistics function was used to classify the current situation of land use in Linqing City;through GIS multi-source data Fusion and ot her functions are used to process the data,and the land use pattern of the study area in the late st period is analyzed by using dimensionality reduction sorting and Logistic model.The main findings are as follows:(1)The current land use situation in Linqing City,agricultural land accounts for 79.10%,co nstruction land accounts for 20.16%,and unused land accounts for 0.74%.The quantitative di stribution of land use types conforms to the Pareto law.The results of flow analysis with the d ata of the second land survey show that the net outflow of cultivated land in Linqing City has been relatively large in the past ten years,and the net outflow is mainly forest land.The indust ry has developed rapidly,the enthusiasm of the masses to plant grain has decreased,and the a gricultural planting structure has been adjusted.Under the guidance of the current policy of "b alanced in and out" of cultivated land,strengthen management,effectively protect the quantity and quality of cultivated land,and prevent the "non-agriculturalization" of cultivated land an d the "non-grain" of cultivated land.(2)The change process of various land use types in Linqing City is very complex.The influ encing factors of each type of land do not exist alone,but influence,restrict,promote and clos ely relate to each other.closely related and change over time.Through the analysis of the infl uencing factors of land use pattern change,the results show that urban planning and transporta tion hubs play a key leading role in the entire land use layout.In the next step,it is recommen ded to scientifically plan the layout,vigorously strengthen planning guidance,revitalize land r esources,and better serve social and economic development.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of land use in the study area,this paper analyze s and models the influencing factors of land use in Linqing City,analyzes the influence of eac h influencing factor on the change of land use pattern,and deeply explores the common factor s of land use pattern change.The optimization and adjustment of land use pattern provides dat a support and reference basis,which is of great value for effectively protecting cultivated land and improving land use efficiency.The relevant conclusions and suggestions for natural reso urce management in the study area are put forward,and the research has important theoretical and practical significance and value.
