The Study Of Evaluation Of Weifang City Land Use Efficiency Based On Factor Analysis

The21st century is the important period for China to improve the comprehensiveadvancement new industrialization, new urbanization and agricultural modernization, isalso a crucial period for building a harmonious society. With the development of the"three", the contradiction between the scarcity of land resources supply and theincreasingly growth of social demand is prominent, the improper utilization of the landresource caused the lower input and output, the descend ability of meeting the socialdemand and the serious situation of land pollution. To further improve, continue tooptimize the land resources utilization benefits and adjust land utilization structure is thekey to solve the above problems.Weifang land use have the features of high land utilizationand general land reclamation rate. Facing the trouble of much people but less land andfacing the development of today’s urbanization industrialization demand forland,improving land use efficiency become the urgent matter. Only by improving land useefficiency, saving, intensive and efficiently use of land can realize the sustainableutilization of land resources.This paper selected the land use in Weifang cityas the research object, according tocurrent situation of the city land use to build the systemic evaluation index system, usingSPSS19.0to analysis the land use benefit in Weifang from2000to2012through verticalanalysis and evaluation. Finally conclude that: the comprehensive economic factor and theindustrial structure optimization factor influence on the economic benefit of land use, thelargest cumulative variance contribution rate is95%; Social comprehensive factor and citylife quality factor influence on the social benefit of land use, the largest cumulativevariance contribution rate is94%; Environmental quality factor and environment factorhad the greatest influence the ecological benefit of land use, the cumulative variancecontribution rate is88%. Finally, through analyzing the change trend of land use benefit inWeifang13years, combining with the existing problems in land use and the impact factorand put forward the suggestions of strengthening land use benefits, from the economic,social, ecological and comprehensive.The full text research content is divided into three parts: The first part (chapter3)introduces the using status quo of Weifang land. Through analyzing the structure and thecharacteristics of the Weifang, we can draw that it is reasonable for the city in terms of agricultural land and construction land structure.landutilization is higher andthereclamation rate is in average level. But, Weifang reserve land resources isshortage, andthere are a series of problemsin the land contract system, farming, urbanization andindustrial structure.The second part (chapter4) is empirical research on Weifang land usebenefit. By building the evaluation index system of land use benefit, using the factoranalysis method to analysis the land use benefitfrom three aspects, which is economic,social and ecological, from2000to2012, to find out the common factor affecting land useefficiency, and then treat the common factor variance contribution as a weighting tocalculate the score of the economic, social and ecological benefits,finally ordering. Thethird part (chapter5) is the suggestions which can improve Weifang land use benefits.Aimed at the problems existing in the Weifang land use and the key impact factors, putforward the relevant measures of improving the Weifang land use benefit from the aspectsof economic, social, ecological and integrated.
