Salary refers to the remuneration paid by the employer to the employee after the employee pays the labor.The influence of salary management in the enterprise is increasing day by day,and the salary system is its core link.Enterprises in the complex economic environment,to build a market-oriented compensation mechanism,can greatly improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,play a good role in talent.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a competitive and sustainable salary system.Under the background of new infrastructure construction,major companies are engaged in the battle for popular technical talents such as cloud computing and blockchain.Companies such as HW and bat are often exposed to sky high salary.As a large state-owned listed group company approved by SASAC,AA communication company’s traditional salary system has been difficult to adapt to the current market environment and lacks incentive and market competitiveness,Objectively,there are some problems such as low employee satisfaction,high turnover rate,high training cost,lack of work enthusiasm and sense of belonging.In order to attract and retain high-end talents and achieve the strategic goal of AA communication company,we need to build a high-end talent team of AA communication company,and do a good job of differentiated incentives for different levels of talents to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,And balance the original salary level,cultivate the correct employment orientation.Aiming at the development status of AA communication company,this paper designs and constructs a diversified salary system with the goal of maintaining and improving the market competitiveness of the enterprise and the realization of enterprise strategy as the guidance.Based on the questionnaire and face-to-face interview of AA communication company,this paper investigates the salary situation of AA communication company,analyzes the reasons for the problems in the salary system of AA communication company,and concludes that the salary system of AA communication company does not match the strategy,the salary structure is lack of incentive,and the salary system does not have external competitiveness,Through the post value evaluation and external salary survey of AA communication company,this paper puts forward a set of salary system suitable for AA communication company,which comprehensively reflects the external salary level of the enterprise and the responsibility,ability and performance of the employees,so as to strengthen the construction of the existing talent system,increase the talent incentive,and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
