| As a part of the economy,organizational ability is essential for enterprises to establish their own competitive advantage.By studying the "Yang triangle" theory of organizational ability,this paper analyzes the current economic environment and organizational ability of H company.Also,this paper analyzes the fundamental problems existing in the organization and tracks the changes of its developmental strategies by literature research,case study,theoretical analysis,investigation,etc.Moreover,it carries out case analysis on the practical activities of organizational capacity capital construction of H company,and further defines the critical way of the corresponding improvement of organizational capacity of H company,following by practical management methods and Countermeasures for organizational capacity,and explores the countermeasures and expected effects of organizational capacity capital construction in enterprises in combination with the scientific research on the "Yang triangle" theory.Using the "Yang triangle" organizational ability diagnosis tool,combined with talent inventory analysis and employee turnover rate analysis,this paper obtains the current situation of H company’s organizational ability,such as the lack of criteria for talent selection and employment,unclear employee developmental path,difficulties in retaining new employees,lack of employee guidance and teaching and other objective problems.The key to the improvement of organizational ability is to start from the employees,to achieve work output and improve work performance.All countermeasures need to be formulated from the perspective of employees.In view of the above problems,it is proposed to carry out competency model,develop employee dual channels,reasonable talent inventory and talent certification mechanism,and improve the ability of managers,especially in employee guidance and teaching.In terms of employees’ thinking,it mainly carries out the construction of corporate culture,performance appraisal guidance,grasp of employees’ psychological dynamics,and clarify the red and yellow line behavior standards of the company.In terms of governance structure,we regularly conduct surveys on employee engagement and employee satisfaction,continuously optimize organizational processes,improve communication efficiency,and provide feedback mechanisms to build organizational capabilities. |
