| Targeted poverty alleviation has always been a hot issue of social concern.In recent years,the party and the state have carried out many explorations on the road to poverty alleviation,encouraging various social forces to participate in targeted poverty alleviation.Under the strong call of the government and the active guidance of policies,Chinese enterprises have regarded participating in the national policy of targeted poverty alleviation as an important way to fulfill their social responsibilities.At the Poverty Alleviation Commendation Conference on February 25,2021,the outstanding performance of private enterprises in poverty alleviation was eye-catching,effectively promoting the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation,and reflecting the social responsibility of the private economy.However,compared with stateowned enterprises,the poverty alleviation activities of private enterprises are voluntary and gratuitous behaviors under the guidance of the government.As "economic people",private enterprises take the initiative to undertake social responsibilities for a long time,and their performance in precision poverty alleviation seems to be in line with the pursuit of private enterprises.Contradictory profit.Therefore,the research questions of this paper are raised:First,what drives private enterprises to participate in targeted poverty alleviation?That is,motivation research;second,what impact will private enterprises have on participating in targeted poverty alleviation while achieving social benefits,and can they meet the profit-seeking nature of private enterprises?Namely impact research.Based on the theory of corporate social responsibility,the theory of strategic charitable behavior,the theory of resource dependence,and the theory of consumer identity,this paper sorts out the relevant literature;Why do enterprises participate in targeted poverty alleviation,how to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,and what potential risks and impacts will they face when participating in targeted poverty alleviation.Then,taking Pinduoduo’s participation in targeted poverty alleviation as an example,starting from the four aspects of motivation,path,risk and impact at the specific case level,it deeply analyzes the motivation of Pinduoduo’s participation in targeted poverty alleviation,summarizes and summarizes the effectiveness and experience of Pinduoduo’s targeted poverty alleviation,and analyzes it objectively and accurately.The risks faced by poverty alleviation,and finally the impact of Pinduoduo’s participation in targeted poverty alleviation on consumer recognition,differentiated strategies,marketing efficiency and brand value,etc.,to comprehensively evaluate the impact of Pinduoduo’s participation in targeted poverty alleviation on itself.The results of this paper show that the motivations for private enterprises to participate in targeted poverty alleviation can be divided into two levels:moral motivation and economic motivation,which may be driven by the empathy of executives’ poverty experience,the needs of the company’s strategic layout,reputation maintenance,and good cause marketing.Poverty alleviation behavior;the impact of private enterprises participating in targeted poverty alleviation can be summarized as:first,to fulfill social responsibilities and realize social value through the public welfare of targeted poverty alleviation;second,to promote the benign development of enterprises themselves and realize commercial value.Taking specific cases as the carrier,this paper provides a reasonable and effective theoretical basis for other enterprises to participate in the implementation of precise poverty alleviation through the research on the motivation and impact of private enterprises participating in precise poverty alleviation,and provides certain theoretical support for future specific practices.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some enlightenment for my country’s private enterprises to participate in targeted poverty alleviation. |
