Research On The Impact Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation On Financial Performance Of Enterpriseson

Targeted poverty alleviation by enterprises is one of the important ways for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.In recent years,target poverty alleviation by enterprises has gradually become an important force in my country’s poverty alleviation work.At present,my country is in the final sprint of tackling poverty,and it is very important for enterprises to participate in poverty alleviation.The problem of poverty alleviation is the focus of attention at all levels of government and academia.Corporate targeted poverty alleviation belongs to the category of corporate social responsibility,but it is more special than other social responsibilities.First of all,this paper sorts out and summarizes the existing research on corporate social responsibility,corporate poverty alleviation and financial performance,and points out the shortcomings of the existing literature research.On this basis,the research objectives,content and overall ideas are further clarified.Secondly,the use of resource efficiency theory,stakeholder theory and political cost theory to theoretically elaborate the impact of companies’ precise poverty alleviation on financial performance.Thirdly,according to the reading and detailed analysis of the 2008-2018 annual social responsibility report of sample listed companies,it describes the overview of targeted poverty alleviation of listed companies in my country since 2008.Then,the multiple regression analysis method was used to analyze the impact of corporate targeted poverty alleviation on corporate financial performance and corporate value.The results showed that corporate targeted poverty alleviation was positively correlated with corporate financial performance and corporate value.Finally,in order to ensure the robustness of the above conclusions,this paper conducted a robustness test,and the research results show that the company’s targeted poverty alleviation can have a significant positive effect on the company’s financial performance and enterprise value.This shows that the conclusions drawn by the analysis in this article have strong objectivity.In addition,based on the previous analysis results,it puts forward supporting policy recommendations to promote targeted poverty alleviation by enterprises,so as to provide reference and reference for improving the quality of targeted poverty alleviation of listed companies in my country.
