Science and technology are the primary productive forces,and innovation development are the continuous driving force.With the fast-developing market economy and increasingly fierce market competition,innovation is a key path for companies to maintain and improve their market position.How to continuously improve the innovation performance of an enterprise through innovation is now the focus of attention of enterprises,and there are many factors that affect the innovation performance of an enterprise,and leadership style is one of the key factors.This article selects transformational leadership style,explores its relationship with corporate innovation performance,and introduces a strategic perspective that is closely related to corporate ’development,and further explores the relationship between strategic orientation in transformational leadership and corporate innovation performance.This paper introduces both the literature research method and the empirical research method into the analysis.First,it defines the core concepts involved in the thesis,namely transformational leadership,corporate innovation performance and strategic orientation;Next,proposes research hypotheses and constructs research models;Secondly,Conduct empirical research on the basis of questionnaire survey;Finally,test the research hypothesis and get the result.Through research,this article preliminarily draws the following conclusions:(1)The three dimensions of transformational leadership:personality care,intellectual stimulation,and vision incentives will have a positive impact on the innovation performance of the enterprise,while the charisma influence dimension of transformational leadership has not been verified by empirical data in improving the innovation performance of the enterprise;(2)Market orientation can positively regulate the relationship between the two dimensions of transformational leadership’s intellectual stimulation,vision incentives and corporate innovation performance,but whether it plays a role in the influence of charm,individual care and corporate innovation performance has not been verified by empirical data.(3)Whether technology orientation plays a role in regulating personality care and corporate innovation performance has not been verified by empirical data,but it can regulate transformational leadership and the relationship between the three dimensions and corporate innovation performance.Through research,this article has a certain significance to promote faster and better development of enterprises in innovation,and also has a certain reference significance for academic theoretical research in this field.
