| In the new period of planned economy to market economy in our country,scholars gradually went into business in China’s economic development and transformation become a kind of unique phenomenon,and in this new era,the transformation of research scholars,as executives have become a common phenomenon,knowledge and intelligence as the fast development of modern enterprise innovation power,and companies continue to chase a scarce resource.Our country also have issued a series of policies to encourage companies,advocating innovation,called for university teachers and researchers into the enterprise,in the form of part-time or self-employment to participate in the activities of the innovation of the enterprise,thus has the academic experience of high-end talent to the enterprise the importance of innovation,the current academic research on remains to be rich.Therefore,in the process of research,this paper combines the three.A systematic study is conducted on the relationship between senior executives’ academic experience,business performance and innovation activities to explore their mutual influence,especially focusing on whether corporate innovation has a mediating effect on the impact of senior executives’academic experience on business performance.This paper first reviews the previous research results,and then analyzes the concepts of academic experience characteristics of corporate executives,enterprise innovation,enterprise business performance and other theories needed to be used,such as high-level echelon theory,technology innovation theory,principal-agent theory and so on.Taking a-share listed companies in the past 10 years since 2010 as samples,this paper studies the impact of executive academic experience on enterprise innovation activities and business performance,and also studies the mediating role of enterprise innovation activities on the impact of executive academic experience on business performance.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the academic experience of senior management team can significantly promote enterprise development innovation activities;(2)The academic experience of senior management team inhibits exploratory innovation activities;(3)The academic experience of senior management team can also significantly promote enterprise business performance;(4)Innovation activities play a mediating role in the influence of senior executives’ academic experience on business performance.So what kind of talents do enterprises select in their development?What kind of echelon team?How to carry out innovation activities?Based on these problems,the research content of this paper tries to answer and put forward some reasonable suggestions,which can also provide a certain reference for the transfer and transformation of scientific research achievements in universities and research institutes. |
