Under the current situation of social development,Internet enterprises have become a very representative and highly active economic factor in the development of domestic economic market,which can effectively promote the sustainable development of domestic economy and provide a large number of jobs.The rapid development of enterprises is inseparable from the support of excellent talents.At present,there is a great demand for knowledge workers in Internet enterprises,which requires knowledge workers to give full play to their creativity and reserve knowledge,so as to realize the efficient development of Internet enterprises.In Simultaneous Interpreting with traditional enterprises,how to effectively motivate knowledge workers in Internet enterprises has become a key issue facing the Internet companies.Based on the analysis of Internet company a,this paper discusses the incentive of knowledge workers in Internet company a by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire and case study.From the aspects of knowledge workers,Internet enterprises,Maslow’s demand level,psychological contract incentive theory and so on,this paper explores the incentive measures of knowledge workers in Internet enterprise a in terms of salary,welfare,performance,promotion and training,and then analyzes the incentive results by using the questionnaire survey method,and finds the deficiencies of the enterprise in this regard:unfair salary,unscientific performance evaluation The promotion path is limited and the training is incomplete.Next,take appropriate optimization measures to provide financial and organizational guarantee,such as adjusting salary and welfare,optimizing performance appraisal,improving employee promotion ways,strengthening training system,option plan incentive,good working conditions,etc.The optimization and enrichment of the incentive system of a Internet company carried out in this study has practical significance for the later development of relevant enterprises:it can solve the incentive dilemma of knowledge employees in a Internet company,and then put forward optimization suggestions;It will also provide some references and ideas for improving the incentive measures for knowledge workers in other Internet companies.However,the paper also has shortcomings:due to the different opinions of the respondents,there are limitations.In the future research,the respondents can be tracked for a long time,and then the employees can be classified according to the working years and level variables to further deepen the research.
