| Entrepreneurship is regarded as a "booster" for economic development,and is of great significance in increasing employment opportunities and relieving employment pressure.Today,when the scale of colleges and universities continues to expand and the number of graduates is increasing,the employment pressure faced by college students is also increasing.At the same time,due to the impact of the epidemic,a large number of enterprises have closed down,which is undoubtedly aggravating the employment of college students.Therefore,encouraging college students to actively participate in entrepreneurial activities has become an important measure to effectively relieve their employment pressure.Entrepreneurial intention is the forerunner to promote entrepreneurial behavior.How to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students has become an important topic today,and the key to effectively improving the entrepreneurial intention of college students is to find the key influencing factors.As an intrinsic positive psychological factor,psychological capital is of great significance to personal growth and development.Some studies have pointed out that psychological capital will have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions,but how will college students’psychological capital affect their entrepreneurial intentions?Based on relevant theories,this paper proposes a theoretical model of "psychological capital-entrepreneurial motivation-entrepreneurial intention",so as to explore the influence mechanism among psychological capital,entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention.Firstly,based on the theory of psychological capital and resource preservation,this paper constructs a basic theoretical model of how college students’ psychological capital affects their entrepreneurial intentions;secondly,according to the theory of self-determination,entrepreneurial motivation is introduced as an intermediary variable in this paper to study the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on college students’ psychology.The mediating role of capital in the process of the influence of entrepreneurial intention;thirdly,based on the theoretical model,drawing on mature scales at home and abroad to design a questionnaire suitable for the research content of this paper,and distribute questionnaires to undergraduates across the country to obtain research data Finally,carry out reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediation effect test,etc.on the collected questionnaire information,and deeply study the internal influence mechanism among college students’ psychological capital,entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention,to verify the rationality of the proposed theoretical model.The results show that:(1)college students’ psychological capital and its dimensions(self-efficacy,resilience,hope,optimism)have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention;(2)College Students’ psychological capital has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial motivation,and the dimensions of self-efficacy,resilience and hope in psychological capital have a positive impact on entrepreneurial motivation,but the impact of optimism is not significant;(3)College Students’entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,and the dimensions of self realization,reputation pursuit and economic pursuit in entrepreneurial motivation have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,but the impact of social contribution dimension is not significant;(4)College Students’entrepreneurial motivation plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention.College students’ psychological capital can indirectly affect entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial motivation. |
