Study On The Development And Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Mechanization In Hunan Province

The fundamental way out of agriculture lies in agricultural mechanization.Agricultural mechanization is the fundamental embodiment of agricultural productivity and social progress.Agricultural mechanization has played a role in improving labor productivity,reducing labor intensity and increasing output per unit area in agricultural production.China is a big agricultural country,and the popularization of agricultural mechanization is the only way to realize China’s agricultural modernization and rural revitalization strategy.At the present stage,the development of agricultural mechanization in Hunan province has a large regional difference and unbalanced development,among which the higher level of agricultural mechanization in the north of Hunan only Changde,Yiyang,Yueyang,mechanization degree is not high in the region mainly concentrated in central Hunan,Southern Hunan,western Hunan mountainous and hilly areas.In agricultural production,especially grain production in Hunan province is in the very important position,over the years,the steady grain production in Hunan province,in the protection of national construction and made a significant contribution to the study of food security aspect,but as a result of two-thirds of the total area of Hunan province is a mountainous hilly topography,causes the agricultural mechanization level only in the country is located in the middle position,therefore,Accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization in Hunan province has become an important way to accelerate the progress of agricultural modernization in Hunan Province.For the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in Hunan Province,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of its agricultural mechanization development and put forward relevant policy suggestions in line with the situation of Hunan Province.In this paper,after combing the mechanization of agriculture related research results at home and abroad,parsing the connection between agricultural mechanization and modernization of agriculture,combined with the data of agricultural mechanization development in hunan province in recent 10 years in Hunan province agricultural mechanization level,gradually improve agricultural machinery structure,raise the volume of agricultural machinery and equipment,farm machinery subsidy structure transformation tremendous improvement,However,there are still deficiencies in mountainous and hilly areas.On this basis,the grey relational analysis method is used to analyze the factors affecting the development of agricultural mechanization in Hunan Province,and the findings are as follows:The most important influencing factors of agricultural mechanization in Hunan province are the number of large and medium-sized tractors,GDP,machine farming area and other factors.The main influencing factors of mountainous and hilly areas in Hunan Province are GDP,farmers’ per capita disposable income,the total power of small tractors and other factors.Combined with the present situation of Hunan Province,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as vigorously adjusting the structure of agricultural machinery equipment,increasing subsidies for agricultural machinery and fuel,intensifying research and development of characteristic agricultural machinery in mountainous areas and hilly areas,and establishing talent attraction mechanism.
