| Cole flower is an important practical oil plant in China.Because its flowers are golden and gorgeous,and it blooms in early spring,it has high ornamental value.With the development of the Internet,many tourists will publish their comments on tourist destinations on the Internet.It has a good practical guiding value to study their perceived image of tourists by capturing the comments on the Internet.Based on the content analysis of network text,this paper captures the tourist comments of Wuyuan,Luoping,Xinghua and Menyuan,which have their own characteristics,on Ctrip and qunar websites,and obtains 20590,1640,2550 and 1375 comments were obtained respectively,and ROSTCM6.0 and Nvivo11.0 and other qualitative analysis software respectively study the content and characteristics of the perceived image of rape flower viewing tourists,and then compare and analyze the similarities and differences in different cases,find the reasons for the differences of different images,and provide suggestions for the development of cole flower viewing tourism.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The reason for the large gap between reviews in different years and seasons is mainly related to the flowering time of each cole flower viewing area,and also related to the sudden decrease of tourists caused by the epidemic.(2)The perceptual images of the four rape flower viewing areas are closely combined with "water system","Plateau","terrace" and "architecture".Although the protagonists are "cole flowers",the perceptual images of the four cole flower viewing areas to tourists have their own characteristics.(3)There are differences in the negative image of cole flower perception image.Both Xinghua cole flower and Wuyuan cole flower have the negative image of high ticket price and too many tourists.Both Menyuan cole flower and Luoping cole flower have negative images of inconvenient transportation.(4)The four cole flower landscapes have great room for progress in service management,especially Xinghua cole flower,which has given tourists a lot of negative images in this regard.(5)Among the four cole flower landscapes,Wuyuan cole flower is outstanding in the combination of humanistic tourism resources and natural scenery,and tourists have given a lot of positive comments.Generally speaking,the four cole flower landscapes are unique in their own cole flower landscape.Although they are the same cole flower landscape,they will not bring the same feeling to tourists and have their own charm.However,in terms of service management and entertainment consumption,the other three cole flower landscapes need to be in line with Wuyuan cole flower,and Wuyuan cole flower itself has room for progress.In terms of the combination of human history and natural scenery,the other three cole flower landscapes do not need to be forcibly integrated into the so-called "human resources",which may be more "man-made resources",but affect the original characteristics.Tourists should appropriately feel the local customs and ethnic characteristics,so that the experience of tourists can be more sublimated.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)do a good job in flowering prediction;(2)Do a good job in scenic spot management;(3)Design product system;(4)Hot spot marketing promotion;(5)Improve infrastructure. |
