| The proposal of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st century has promoted the rapid development of marine tourism.As an important part of it,island tourism has become a popular choice for tourists to take leisure vacation with its unique natural style and geographical characteristics.At the same time,with the rapid popularization of the Internet and the increasing number of user-generated data,online review data has become an important source for studying the perception of tourism destination images.In this study,we chose large artificial island-sea Ocean Flower Island as the research destination,and sort out the research-related concepts and theories through the review of domestic and foreign literature,take the third-party tourism platform on the Internet text as the object of study,using the crawler software to grasp tourists online comment data and official wechat public account articles on Ocean Flower Island,using Content analysis and ROST CM6 software to analyze data for word frequency,emotion,and semantic network analysis,and applying grounded theory to construct analysis categories for visitors’ cognitive images,the paper compares the difference between the perceived image and the official projected image of the tourists in Ocean Flower Island from four analysis categories: Location Division,tourist attraction,service facilities,social environment and atmosphere.The results show that:1)Social environment and atmosphere are the most frequent categories of tourists’ perception of image,and tourists have some deficiencies in the location zoning of Ocean Flower Island;2)Tourists’ emotional image of Ocean Flower Island shows a positive tendency on the whole,and there are relatively few negative emotions;3)The difference between the official projection image and the tourist perception image is obvious.There is consensus on some cultural attractions.The official projection image pays more attention to cultural rendering in social environment and atmosphere,and the tourist perception image pays more attention to service attitude.4)In order to better enhance the perception image of Ocean Flower Island tourists,it is necessary to innovate tourism products and carry out intelligent park tours;Create a unique cultural IP and enhance the cultural brand image;Construct the network communication matrix and carry out the "Four Ones" project;Build an efficient service system and improve management level. |
