Research On Construction Of "County-Town-Village" Three-level Logistics System Of The Fenyang County Post Company In Shanxi Province

With the income growth of rural residents,online shopping has become one of their important consumption methods,which has spawned a huge demand for industrial products to the countryside and agricultural products to the city.In rural areas of central and western China and remote areas,China Post have established a delivery logistics network covering rural areas,the coverage of the logistics networks of private express companies are not enough.The postal logistics network has the basic ability to provide universal services and participate in the competition in the express market,but the demand for new development patterns of domestic and international,the requirements of the national rural revitalization strategy and the demand of the current economic level of rural residents can’t meet the services supply of the delivery logistics market It’s of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to establish an effective County-Town-Village three-level logistics system,to implement rural revitalization policies,to meet the needs of rural residents and enterprises to use postal services,to maintain the dominant and leading position of the market of express logistics of China Post in rural areas,and to improve the business benefits and image of enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the construction of County-Town-Village three-level logistics system of the Fenyang County Post company.Firstly,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance,expounds the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the theoretical concepts such as logistics system and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Then according to the status quo and existing problems of the construction of County-Town-Village three-level logistics system of the Fenyang County Post company,the three-level logistics network is optimized,including the location selection of county-town-village three level nodes,the optimization of the route from township to village,and the opening and sharing of information management systems.This paper focuses on the site selection and operation of the three-level logistics nodes from county to village,then determines Baochengsi village as the best location of the county warehouse distribution and sorting center by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process from three alternatives.The Vehicles Scheduling Program is applied in the study of route optimization from countryside to village,and the conclusion is to add the number of road segments and postmen and postal vehicles to enhance the distribution capacity.The paper has researched the principles and objectives,network optimization scheme,operation mode and support measures of system construction.
