With the advent of the era of digital economy,some enterprises,by virtue of powerful digital technology,have established a service ecosystem with many stakeholders centered on the core e-commerce enterprises,and realized the value co-creation of multiple interest groups.These successful enterprises provide a good reference for some traditional industries that have encountered bottlenecks in development and cannot find a way to transform.However,the development law of these enterprises has not been promoted to the level of theoretical guidance,especially the "black box" of core e-commerce enterprises and stakeholders to achieve value co-creation has not been uncovered,so it cannot achieve successful guidance for the transformation and upgrading of other similar enterprises.This paper adopts Structured-Pragmatic-Situational(SPS)case study method and selects century Kaiyuan Company as a typical enterprise according to the principles of enterprise typicality,content adaptability and logic replicability to conduct a longitudinal exploratory single-case study.Through field research,semi-structured interviews,second-hand data collection,extensive reading of literature,focusing on value co-creation,stakeholders,service ecosystem and other theoretical perspectives,the theoretical framework and model of the paper are built up through the data collation and repeated examination,and the theoretical innovation and practical inspiration are summarized.Based on the development history of the case enterprises,this paper analyzes the relationship between the stakeholders,value co-creation and service ecosystem,it explores the path evolution,main body change and pattern change law of core e-commerce enterprises and stakeholders realizing value co-creation in different development stages,trying to open the“Black box”of value co-creation between core e-commerce enterprises and stakeholders from the perspective of optimal link,this paper reveals the importance of building a digital platform for the transformation and upgrading of traditional printing industry,this paper further proves that customer-enterprise interaction is the dominant logic to realize value co-creation,explores an optimal link mode to realize maximum value co-creation,and summarizes the following conclusions.(1)The construction of digital platform is crucial to the transformation and upgrading of traditional printing industry.Building a network bridge connecting customers and designers is the key to realize efficient interaction between them,improve product value,and overcome the contradiction between customer needs and human needs.It is an important magic weapon for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional printing industry facing the broad market of small,medium and micro customers.(2)Customer-oriented stakeholder participation and interaction is the dominant logic to realize value co-creation.The ultimate realization of value is achieved through customer experience.With the help of digital platforms,customers interact with numerous network designers and constantly modify and improve product design,so as to obtain the highest value product experience.(3)explore the best link mode to realize the maximum value co-creation.By connecting customers,web designers,e-commerce platforms,suppliers,printing enterprises,photocopiers,investors and social groups to build the best value-creating links.The link refers to a crowdsourced design platform that connects more than ten million micro,small and medium sized customers directly with one hundred thond web designers,and outsourcing supply chain platform will be a large number of personalized orders and industry leaders to establish production capacity,the best is reflected in the efficient re-allocation of resources and the maximization of the value created by stakeholders.
