In recent years,with the continuous development of economic globalization,China’s financial industry is facing increasingly fierce competition.How to retain talents and how to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees have become the key research direction of the banking industry to seek reform and development and stabilize the market share.The development of urban commercial banks started late,compared with state-owned banks and national joint-stock commercial banks in human resource management,performance management and welfare security,so the effective improvement of compensation incentive effect is particularly important for the development of enterprises.The research method of this paper mainly establishes the salary incentive questionnaire of N Bank Y Branch,analyzes the survey results,and combines the classical theory of salary incentive,and finds the lack of market competitiveness of the salary incentive in 2021 is the lack of long-term management concept,lack of scientific and reasonable job analysis.The author finds and analyzes problems,and proposes reasonable and feasible optimization measures.Finally,the conclusion is reflected in four aspects:First,the salary incentive target setting should be clear.For employees,execution is the fundamental to play value.The incentive goals and incentive methods should be clear to make employees have a clear direction for their work goals.Second,the improvement of compensation incentive should be combined with the development of the company,suitable for the business characteristics,development strategies and objectives,so that the incentive effect and employee value can be effectively combined.Third,improve the salary performance appraisal system,solve the problems such as untimely performance and unreasonable task decomposition,to ensure the work effect.Fourth,the improvement of salary incentive should keep pace with The Times,allocate reasonable positions,and the optimization process should consider the characteristics of the new generation of employees and provide targeted incentives.The research purpose of this paper is to help N Bank Y Branch under the pressure of retail transformation to optimize the employee salary incentive,effectively improve the work enthusiasm of employees,and finally achieve the ideal goal of the enterprise.
