| With the development of China’s economy and society,the real estate market rose rapidly.In order to seize the market opportunity,commercial banks began to vigorously develop personal housing loan business.The opening of personal housing loan business soon became the main financing method in the development of the real estate market.Driven by the rapid development of the real estate market,the personal housing loan business of commercial banks has developed rapidly and now has become a relatively large asset business of banks.However,behind the rapid development of the business,some risks of personal housing loan business are gradually exposed due to a variety of uncertain factors such as complex and diverse loan customer groups and long loan terms.This paper mainly takes W Branch of CCB as the research object,takes the theory of total risk management as the theoretical guidance,uses literature analysis method,second-hand data empirical analysis method and other research methods to analyze the problems existing in the development process of PERSONAL housing loan business of W Branch of CCB,and puts forward risk improvement strategies.After analysis found that exist in the construction bank W branch business loans before the audit,not enough credit and operation is not standard and post-loan supervision does not reach the designated position,from two aspects of internal and external factors analysis of the causes of bad loans,to strictly implement the corresponding proposed in business credit investigation,perfecting credit audit,strengthen post-loan management in business,In business management,we should strengthen the application of big data risk control,improve the risk monitoring and early warning system and strengthen the construction of customer manager team.Through this study,W Branch of CCB can better control risks in the development process of personal loan business,improve the risk management level of W Branch,effectively improve the quality of personal housing loan of W Branch of CCB,and comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of W Branch. |
