At present,China’s urban development is gradually shifting from rapid expansion to high-quality development.It is obviously not sustainable to exchange extensive land expansion for rapid urban development.It is the only way to realize the sustainable and high-quality development of the city to improve the utilization efficiency of all kinds of functional land inside the city and realize the intensive utilization of urban land resources.As the dual core cities of Shandong Province,Jinan and Qingdao have always played a leading and exemplary role in the process of social and economic development of Shandong Province.Rapid urbanization also makes Jinan and Qingdao face problems such as urban traffic congestion and low land use efficiency,which seriously hinders the healthy and high-quality urban development of Jinan and Qingdao.This study based on Jinan city and Qingdao city traffic network data and POI data,inquiry of Jinan and Qingdao in the main traffic network centricity and spatial distribution characteristics of land use intensity,their correlation,spatial heterogeneity and interactive relationship,and the spatial three-stage least square method was used to explore the influencing factors under the two-way interaction between road network centrality and land use intensity.The main results are as follows:The spatial distribution results of road network centrality and land use intensity showed that:(1)The closeness centrality of road nodes in Jinan city and Qingdao city showed an obvious “core-edge” pattern,and the closeness centrality showed a circular decreasing trend from the central area to the peripheral area.The statistical characteristics of closeness centrality of road nodes showed an increasing power law distribution.The closeness centrality level of road nodes in Jinan city was generally higher than that in Qingdao city.(2)The betweenness centrality of road nodes in the main urban areas of the two cities showed a stronger polycentric structure than the closeness centrality,and the statistical distribution of the betweenness centrality showed the distribution pattern of decreasing index.The betweenness centrality of road nodes was mainly distributed with low values,and there were few high values.(3)The spatial distribution characteristics of straightness centrality of road nodes in the main urban areas of the two cities showed obvious multi-core structure.The statistical distribution of straightness centrality was in accordance with gaussian distribution.The straightness centrality level of road nodes in Qingdao city was generally higher than that in Jinan city.(4)Commercial facilities,residential facilities and public service facilities were highly concentrated in the main urban areas of Jinan city and Qingdao City,and commercial land,residential land and public service land were nested in space.The correlation analysis results of road network centrality and land use intensity in Jinan city and Qingdao city showed that:(1)From the perspective of centrality,the impact degree of road network centrality on land use intensity was different,and the specific performance was as follows: closeness centrality > straightness centrality > betweenness centrality.From the perspective of land use type,commercial land intensity,residential land intensity and public service land intensity all have strong correlation with road network centrality,which was embodied as follows: commercial land intensity > public land intensity > residential land intensity.(2)The impact of road network centrality on land use intensity showed significant spatial heterogeneity.The spatial effect of closeness centrality and straightness centrality on land use intensity was mainly positive,while the spatial effect of betweenness centrality on land use intensity was mainly negative.(3)There was a significant spatial correlation between road network centrality and land use intensity.Both road network centrality and land use intensity had significant positive global spatial correlation characteristics.In terms of local spatial correlation types,they both showed the spatial agglomeration characteristics of “high-high” and“low-low”,and the spatial distribution pattern of “core-periphery”.There was an obvious two-way interaction between road network centrality and land use intensity in Jinan city and Qingdao city.(1)The improvement of closeness centrality and straightness centrality can promote the improvement of land use intensity,and the improvement of land use intensity can also promote the improvement of closeness centrality and straightness centrality.The improvement of land use intensity in neighboring areas will promote the improvement of local betweenness centrality,while the improvement of local land use intensity will lead to the decrease of local betweenness centrality.The improvement of betweenness centrality in neighboring areas will promote the improvement of local land use intensity,while the improvement of local betweenness centrality will lead to the decrease of local land use intensity.(2)Road network density and location factors had a strong impact on road network centrality.The higher the regional road network density is,the closer it is to the city center,the higher the closeness centrality and straightness centrality of regional road nodes,and the lower the betweenness centrality.Location factors,population density and transportation factors had a strong impact on land use intensity.The closer the distance to the city center,the higher the population density and bus station density,the higher the regional land use intensity.Taking Jinan and Qingdao as examples,this study deeply analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics,correlation,spatial heterogeneity and spatial correlation.Finally,the spatial three-stage least square method was selected to explore the interaction and influencing factors between road network centrality and land use intensity,which made up for the current lack of quantitative research on the interaction and influencing factors between road network centrality and land use intensity,with a certain innovation. |
