Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Family Support For The Aged In The Rural Areas Of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,China’s population age structure has undergone significant changes.According to the international standard: when the proportion of the population aged 65 and above exceeds 7% or the proportion of the population aged 60 and above exceeds 10%,it means that the country or region has entered the aging society.As China entered the aging society in 1999,the issue of the elderly has gradually become the focus of people’s attention,and has become a livelihood issue that the government and all walks of life pay high attention to.Among them,the pension problem in rural areas is more prominent.Family pension is the main way of rural pension,which has unique advantages in solving rural pension problems.But in today’s economic development,social progress and value changes,rural family pension is facing many difficulties,the status quo of rural elderly pension is not optimistic,the pension problem urgently needs to be solved.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life,according to the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.In the new era,it is necessary to narrow the gap between urban and rural old-age care,continuously enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the elderly in rural areas,and lead them to pursue higher quality old-age care life.Therefore,properly solving China’s rural family pension problem can not only promote the development of the rural economy,but also improve the quality of life of farmers and contribute to the rapid development of the national economy.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Yanbian Prefecture has made some achievements in responding to the call of national policies.The construction of rural elderly service compound in Yanbian prefecture has been comprehensively promoted,home elderly service has been continuously consolidated and developed,and the construction of elderly service personnel has been accelerated.Yanbian state rural family pension has made great progress,but there are still some difficulties hindering the development of rural family pension.These problems are reflected in the lack of economic support,lack of livelihood and limited spiritual care in rural areas.Further analyze the existing problems and causes,on this basis put forward to improve the rural family pension in Yanbian State related countermeasures and suggestions.We should combine the concrete reality of rural yanbian prefecture,build a modern industrial system,increase the tilt of special funds,guide migrant workers to return home to start their own business,so as to consolidate the economic foundation of rural family pension.And we should accelerate the construction of rural old-age service facilities,pay attention to the construction of old-age service personnel,give play to the mutual assistance between villagers,and realize the advancement of rural old-age service system construction.At the same time,to create the social atmosphere of respecting the elderly,mainly from strengthening the construction of township rules and civil conventions,increasing the publicity of respecting the elderly,giving play to the supervision and restriction of public opinion and so on.Finally,the high-quality development of rural family pension in Yanbian Prefecture will be realized,and the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas will be continuously improved,so as to deal with the impact and challenges brought by population aging.
