Current Situation, Problems And Solutions Of Rural Infrastructure In Yanbian Prefecture

This paper investigated rural infrastructure of Yanbian prefecture, analyzed current status, existing problems and their reasons, explored how to better develop rural infrastructure and economy under the new situation. In recent years, construction of rural infrastructure including roads, demonstration area construction, power grid upgrading and agricultural mechanization has made remarkable achievement. However, problems arose after field research and data analysis, such as a low level of agriculture irrigation, less attention paying, investment shortage and poorly maintained. For these problems, this paper put forward six solutions. Firstly, set a high standard and a high starting point of planning system; secondly, increase investment and set up a diverse and sustainable investment system; thirdly, drum up construction fund and apply for the preferential policies; fourthly, get more bundled input and conduct all kinds of cooperation in order to speed up the rural construction; fifth, absorb private capital via favorable policies and equity swap; sixth, with reference to the basic law of market economy system, reinforce the management of rural infrastructure, improve the management level, standardize systems and innovate methods.
