Government Subsidies,Business Environment And High-Tech Research On The Influence Mechanism Of High-Quality Development Of Enterprises

At present,China’s economic growth has ushered in a new stage of historical development.How to shape a new pattern of economic development with Chinese characteristics in the new era and realize the common progress of sound and fast economic growth and environmental protection has become an important issue for China’s economic construction.As one of the government’s macro-control measures,government subsidies can ease the financial pressure of enterprises,promote innovation and development of enterprises,provide policy guidance and release investment signals to the outside world to promote high-quality development of enterprises;the business environment plays a role of an external environmental factor that affects the highquality development of enterprises.The relationship between the three has always been a hot issue in academic research.In the development of government subsidies and the business environment,some deficiencies restrict the high-quality development of enterprises and cause unbalanced regional economic development.Under new circumstances,the development of high-tech industries is of great significance for the realization of economic structural transformation and innovative development.Therefore,building an indicator system for the high-quality development level of hightech enterprises and empirically testing the impact mechanism of government subsidies and business environment on the high-quality development of high-tech enterprises will help create a fair and orderly policy environment and promote the high-quality development of high-tech enterprises.In this context,this paper conducts an in-depth theoretical discussion and empirical analysis of the relationship between government subsidies,business environment,and high-tech enterprises’ high-quality development.This paper is based on the data of listed companies in China’s high-tech industry,government subsidies and Fan Gang’s marketization index from 2011 to 2020 as the research sample,which mainly includes the following aspects: First,using the LP method to analyze high-tech enterprises from the perspective of input and output Comprehensive evaluation of highquality development level.Second,study the direct impact of government subsidies on the high-quality development of high-tech enterprises,and at the same time,introduce enterprise innovation paths to verify the indirect effects of the high-quality development of high-tech industries.Third,explore the business environment to promote the role of government subsidies on enterprise innovation by adjusting the relationship between government subsidies and enterprise innovation.Fourth,according to the relevant theoretical research and the research conclusions of this paper,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of government subsidies,business environment and high-tech enterprises themselves.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Government subsidies can significantly promote the level of high-quality development of high-tech enterprises,and the incentive effect of government subsidies on the high-quality development of enterprises shows rich heterogeneity.At the regional level,government subsidies have promoted the high-quality development level of high-tech enterprises in the eastern,central and western regions.In contrast,the promotion of the high-quality development level of enterprises in the northeastern region is not obvious.(2)Government subsidies promote the high-quality development of high-tech enterprises by acting on enterprise innovation.(3)The business environment as a moderator has a strengthening effect on the relationship between government subsidies and enterprise innovation.
