Impact Of Government Subsidies On High-tech Enterprises

In recent years, the impact on the development of national economic and social progress is increasingly prominent as the development of the world’s high-tech has an accelerating trend. Various countries around the world actively explore and implement support policies in order to promote the development of high-tech industry, the government subsidies is one of the important content. Such problems, for example, why the government subsidies to the high-tech industries carry out? What are the factors that influencing the high-tech enterprises to receive the government subsidies? Can the government subsidies achieve the desired result? Is that consistent in the requirement of high-tech enterprises for the government subsidies in different stages receive much concern by the government, enterprises and academia. Based on this background, this paper widely absorbed the previous research results, consolidate the content of the government subsidies and high-tech from the perspectives of concept and the connotation, comprehensively combing the related theory of government subsidies to the high-tech enterprises, dividing the development of the high-tech enterprises into 4 stages:technology research and development, technology transfer, the enterprise growth and maturation. The suitable forms and quotas of the government subsidies for the high-tech enterprises have been found out by cross-analysis of the 4 forms of government subsidies. This paper is divided into five chapters:Firstly, on the basis of literature review, this paper analyses the present situation of different types of government subsidies and the influence on high-tech enterprises, from the characteristics, application status in our country, the factor of getting the government subsidies and impact on high-tech enterprises, etc. The results show that the different forms of government subsidies has different effects on the high-tech enterprise.Secondly, this paper analyses the impact of government subsidies on the different stages of high-tech enterprises in theoretically. The research reference the previous analysis of high-tech enterprise development stage, divided into four stages: technology research and development, technology transfer, enterprise growth, maturation. Analyses the characteristics of the four stages of the enterprise, the demand for government subsides, and the effect of the subsidies. The results show that different stages of development of enterprises need different government subsidies.Thirdly, in this paper, the new materials enterprise H as an object of case analysis to support the above proposed ideas by analyzing the different forms of government subsidies in different development stages of H.Finally, this paper summarizes the research results of this paper on the basis of above analysis, the relevant policy recommendations to adjust the government subsidies, and makes the prospect of the follow-up study.
