With the increasing prosperity of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the market system,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In essence,the competition among enterprises is the competition for market share.As a salesman between the buyer and the seller,he plays an important role in this competition.Therefore,how to effectively stimulate the potential of sales staff is the current enterprise managers must pay attention to and solve the problem.As an important means of human resource management,performance appraisal can effectively enhance the operational efficiency and benign development of the organization,and stimulate the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees.To sum up,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system for sales personnel is an important measure to improve the overall operation management of the company and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of sales staff of Fuzhou company as the research object,mainly carrying out the following work: First,by combing the existing literature of performance appraisal,summarizing the relevant theories and practice trends of performance appraisal at home and abroad.Second,based on the current application of performance appraisal of sales staff in Fuzhou company,relying on the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current performance appraisal.The results show that Fuzhou company,as a relatively early marine food enterprise,has moved from primary processing to fine processing,and the number of consumers has increased dramatically,but it is also faced with the situation of category dispersion,smaller development radius and low market concentration.From the perspective of the company's internal management,the current performance appraisal system for sales personnel has not formed a complete system,mainly including single appraisal subject,unreasonable appraisal cycle,imperfect appraisal index system,unscientific appraisal method,unreasonable application of performance appraisal results and poor communication and feedback,which lead to the bottleneck in the development process of the company.The third is to optimize the design of the performance appraisal system for sales personnel of Fuzhou company in terms of performance appraisal subject,performance appraisal cycle,performance index structure,application of performance appraisal results,communication and feedback mechanism,and to provide implementation guarantee in terms of system,training,culture,organization and implementation.By optimizing the existing performance evaluation methods,indicators and implementation of performance programs of sales personnel in Fuzhou company,this paper strives to obtain more practical and operational performance evaluation methods,effectively improve personal and organizational performance,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.At the same time,I hope that through the investigation and research of this paper,further improve the performance appraisal system of sales personnel,and provide some reference for the human resource management of other companies in the industry.
