With the take-off of China’s economy,my country’s technology has brought rapid improvement.Many innovative fast-moving products are born with technological innovation.With the R&D and innovation of new products and mass production being launch of the market,the quality problems of the products are also emerging in the early stage of the market.The awareness of rights protection is gradually improving,so it is particularly important to improve the quality of the fast-moving goods industry.Consumers’ primary concern for products is product performance.Therefore,as a manufacturer in the international fast-moving goods industry,R Company has to improve its quality management level,which become a top priority.This thesis studies the quality improvement of R Company’s new part PCBA to improve the functional quality of fast-moving products.At the initial stage of mass production,based on the current situation of quality problems of new part PCBA in R Company,the flow chart was first used to analyze the problems existing in quality management of new part PCBA.After analysis,the problems were mainly divided into internal reason and external reason.The internal reason is the absence of R Company’s quality assessment process for new part,and the external reason is the vulnerability of PCBA production process for new part.By setting up a team of experts to analyze the internal production process of PCBA for new part,it was found that R Company’s communication with suppliers in the process of quality assessment of new part was not enough to meet quality requirements.According to the analysis results,the quality evaluation index system of the key production process of the new component PCBA are formulated,that is,the appearance quality standard,performance quality standard and reliability quality standard of the new component PCBA.so as to propose an improvement plan of the internal quality evaluation process of the new component,that is,to improve the communication process between the new component PCBA and the supplier quality standard before trial production.At the same time,improving the process of on-site audit at suppliers in the trial production stage ensures that suppliers produce in accordance with R Company’s quality requirements.The expert group of R Company and supplier side analyzed the external causes of PCBA of new part(i.e.PCBA production process of new part),analyzed the supplier’s production process by using the method of failure mode and consequence impact,and found that the layout and inspection mechanism of production process of PCBA supplier could not cope with the ramp up of production in the initial stage of mass production.Therefore,the key indicators of the production process of PCBA suppliers were formulated to improve the layout of the production process of PCBA for new components and the initiative of inspection personnel,so as to put forward an improvement plan for the external process of quality control of new components.The new part PCBA quality improvement in this thesis is a holistic study of the quality metrics of R Company’s PCBA suppliers and assembly plants and end markets.The research topic of PCBA quality improvement of R Company’s new part will not only consider R Company’s own process,but also consider the supplier’s process,and extend the quality control to the supplier to achieve the effect of preventing problems before they occur.
