With the progress of new techniques,the Internet technology has been progressively popularized in recent years,and the rise of Internet celebrity economy has progressively transformed the lifestyle of the public.The development of Internet celebrity economy has had an important impact on the products,sales channels,key businesses,core resources,important cooperation and cost structure in the business model of traditional leisure food production enterprises,The business model of traditional snack food production enterprises can not keep up with the rapidly changing new needs of customers.In order to solve the business model problem of H food group,this thesis deeply studies the optimization strategy of the business model of leisure food enterprises in the context of the Internet celebrity economy.This thesis takes H food group as the specific research object to study the optimization strategy of leisure food enterprise business model under the background of Internet celebrity economy.In this thesis,the field survey method is used to conduct a field survey on H food group,and obtain the practical situation of the company and lots of business data.At the same time,the interview method is used to conduct a field interview on the internal employees of H food group,and combined with the business model canvass and worth path principle,from the four aspects of worth proposition,worth creation,worth transmission and worth acquisition,This thesis deeply analyzes the current business model of h food group,deeply studies the conundrum existing in the current business model of H food group,designs the corresponding optimization scheme,and gives the corresponding guarantee measures from the aspects of civilization building,financing guarantee,talent strategy,informatization and goods quality control.Through the research on the business model optimization of H food group under the background of Internet celebrity economy,this thesis draws the following conclusions:Internet celebrity economy has a far-reaching impact on the worth proposition,worth creation,worth delivery and worth acquisition in the business model of traditional leisure food enterprises.In the aspect of value proposition,Internet celebrity economy will affect the type,quality,packaging and specification of the company’s products;In the process of value creation,Internet celebrity economy will affect the company’s important cooperation,the company’s core resources and the company’s business model;In the value transmission link,the Internet celebrity economy will affect the company’s sales channels and the way of interaction with customers;In the aspect of value acquisition,the Internet celebrity economy affects the advertising mode of enterprises.Enterprises should change the traditional inefficient advertising mode,cooperate with Internet celebrity,shoot music and TV advertising works related to enterprise products and brands,and launch them on emerging media platforms,so as to make the advertising more effective and effectively expand the popularity of enterprises.Starting from the rise of Internet celebrity economy in recent years,combined with business model canvas and value path theory,this thesis applies it to the business model optimization of traditional snack food enterprises such as H food group,hoping that this thesis can provide some reference value for the business model optimization of traditional snack food enterprises.
