Research On The Development Potential Of Tea Tourism Characteristic Villages In Lanshan District, Rizhao Cit

Rural Revitalization is a national key strategy,and industrial revitalization is an important part of Rural Revitalization.Developing rural tourism is one of the important ways for rural areas to make full use of high-quality natural environment and rich tourism resources,which can expand rural industries and realize revitalization.Lanshan District,as the largest area of green tea producing in Shandong Province,the tea industry still stays in the primary stage dominated by tea planting,with short industrial chain,low added value and insufficient utilization of resources.Therefore,it is imperative to explore a development path to give full play to the resource advantages of tea industry and increase farmers’ income.Aiming at the tea planting of the characteristic industry in Lanshan District,based on the relevant research on tea tourism and the development of characteristic villages at home and abroad,this study uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of the development potential of characteristic villages,according to the current situation of tea tourism in Lanshan District,and determines the weight according to the scores by experts.At the same time,combined with the main areas of tea planting in Lanshan District,134 villages were selected for field investigation and data collection,and the relevant basic data of 14 evaluation indicators such as planting area,farmland landscape and topographic slope were obtained.Combined with the index weight,each village was valued and scored.According to the village score,it is divided into priority development areas,moderate development areas and unsuitable development areas of tea tourism characteristic villages.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The priority development areas of tea tourism characteristic villages in Lanshan District are seven villages,including bojiakou village and xizhaojiazhuang village,which locate in the northwest and northeast of Jufeng town.The tea plantations in these villages are large,the tourism basic conditions are relatively perfect,and most villages have small-scale tea tourism scenic spots as support,so the conditions for developing tea tourism characteristic villages are relatively more mature.Some villages in the north of Gaoxing town and the south central part of Jufeng town,as well as a few villages in Andongwei street and Hushan town,are listed as secondary important development areas because all scores are relatively balanced and there are no obvious weaknesses.(2)The moderately developed areas are the north of Gaoxing town,the middle and south of Jufeng town,some villages at the junction of Beikuo town and Jufeng town,and most villages in the study area of Hushan town.Due to the obvious weaknesses of the villages in this area,it is suggested that the villages should appropriately develop tea tourism characteristic villages as a supplement while developing other advantageous industries.(3)The unsuitable development areas are the most villages in Bekuo town except the villages at the junction with Jufeng Town,the mountainous area in the southwest of Jufeng town and the southwest of Gaoxing town.There are 40 villages in this region which have obvious weaknesses in developing tea tourism characteristic villages,and the scores of other indicators are not high.Generally speaking,the foundation for developing tea tourism is weak,and they do not have the conditions for developing tea tourism characteristic villages for the time being.
