In 2015,the state administration of taxation is proposed,called "Internet + tax" plan of action guidance,the file requirements set up in 2020 to implement in our country through the front desk background,integration of the online electronic tax efficient platform,gradually realize the modernization of our country tax revenue work goal,work for the state tax administration to provide strong support and guarantee for it.In the context of the reform of national and local tax collection and management system,the further perfection of electronic tax bureau is particularly important for the establishment of harmonious collection and payment relationship.First of all,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the research status of the electronic tax bureau at home and abroad,and then expounds the relevant concepts and characteristics of the electronic tax bureau,and makes clear that the efficient operation of the electronic tax bureau is an important guarantee for the realization of tax modernization.Secondly,based on the practical application of Xuzhou electronic tax bureau,this paper analyzes the operation situation and relevant measures of Xuzhou electronic tax bureau under the background of national and local tax consolidation through field investigation.At the same time,the author points out that there are still some problems in Xuzhou electronic tax bureau,such as insufficient publicity and guidance,and analyzes the reasons.Then,on the basis of the practice and related theoretical achievements of electronic tax bureaus at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions,such as improving the quality and efficiency of tax payment service and strengthening the technology platform construction of electronic tax bureaus,so as to realize the sustainable and healthy development of Xuzhou electronic tax bureau.Finally,this paper aims to provide scientific and reliable basis for the efficient and orderly operation of Xuzhou electronic tax bureau after the combination of national and local taxes,and to provide effective ideas for promoting the modernization of taxation and building a harmonious tax collection and payment relationship.At the same time,this paper also has some practical significance to promote the integration of state and local tax personnel and improve the administrative efficiency of tax departments in Xuzhou.
