| Wangqing County,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Jilin Province,has a history of more than 200 years of fungus cultivation,and has unique natural conditions.With the development of society and the change of people’s consumption concept,how the black fungus industry in Wangqing County can make use of its strengths and avoid its weaknesses,and remain invincible in the fierce market competition,is a valuable and urgent research topic.In view of the above background,in order to promote the development of the black fungus industry in Wangqing County,this paper uses the survey analysis method to carry out a questionnaire survey on the consumption and demand of black fungus in Wangqing County.Then,using the SWOT analysis method,the factors restricting the development of the black fungus industry in Wangqing County were found out through matrix analysis,and reasonable suggestions were put forward to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of the black fungus industry in Wangqing County.The time range of this study is from 2000 to 2020.The main research methods are SWOT analysis method,literature research method and survey analysis method.The theoretical basis of the research is diamond model theory,industrial agglomeration theory and industrial organization theory.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the development status of the black fungus industry in Wangqing County is analyzed;the public survey is carried out on consumers,and at the same time,according to the survey results,the diamond model theory and SWOT analysis method are used to analyze the black fungus industry in Wangqing County.The competitiveness and development trend of the company are systematically analyzed,and a comprehensive evaluation is given.After analysis,the factors restricting the development of black fungus industry in Wangqing County mainly include the following aspects:insufficient deep processing capacity;insufficient industrial chain;lack of professional and technical personnel;low level of production technology;insufficient brand effect.In view of the above research conclusions,combined with the degree of influence on the development of the black fungus industry in Wangqing County,Yanbian Prefecture,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)Promote the upgrading of the processing industry and promote the improvement of the industrial chain;(2)Introduce deep processing enterprises to promote industrial development;(3)Highlight scientific and technological innovation and improve technical services;(4)Improve the utilization rate of waste bacteria bags and improve the ecological environment;(5)Strengthen the guidance of government departments and accelerate the process of industrialization;(6)Strengthen the construction of associations and cooperatives;(7)Open up ideas and realize the sustainable development of the black fungus industry. |
