| China is the largest apple producer and consumer country in the world.Chongxin County Located in the southern part of the Loess Plateau,and it is superior in natural resources for apple production.The apples have the advantages of large size,sweet crisp,proper storage and transportation and no pollution in the area.In recent years,with the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the apple industry of Chongxin County reached a certain scale and gradually developed into a pillar and characteristic industry.However,in the development process of apple industrialization,there are still problems,such as poor sales,low efficiency and low level of industrial organization.Therefore,it’s necessary to study and analysis deeply and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.To promote the development of apple industrialization,drive farmers to get out of poverty and provide reference for the strategy of rural rejuvenation in Chongxin County,the investigation and analysis results are as follows:1.Through consulting relevant literature data to design questionnaires and combining visiting surveys,we can fully understand the current status of domestic and international apple industry development at home and abroad.The “diamond model” and “SWOT” model were used to analyze the 179 questionnaires collected.It is concluded that the main factors restricting the development of apple industry in Chongxin County are as follows: low degree of mechanization and dispersion,low level of education and aging of the fruit peasants,natural disasters and poor resilience,weak basis for R&D and promotion of science and technology,weak economic foundation and limited capital investment,extensive management,mixed varieties,and poor quality.Professional cooperatives Many,miscellaneous,small,and scattered.The processing system is not perfect,the supporting facilities are insufficient,The circulation system is not perfect,and brand publicity is lagging behind.2.Based on the analysis of the "Diamond" model and the “SWOT” model.According to the apple sales market,employee quality and government support policy in the past two years,we have proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the apple industry in Chongxin County.(1)Continue to strengthen the government ’ s support and give full support to the whole county apple industry in terms of funds,talents,technology and policies.(2)To optimize the structure of breeding and improve the level of industrialization,from the combination of planting and breeding,land circulation,intensive management,fruit farmers to guide the new development of recycling economic models.(3)Implementation of standardized modern orchard management techniques to improve the quality of fruit products,focusing on field management of varieties,plastic pruning,fertilizers,and pesticides.(4)Extend the industrialization chain,increased the added value of fruits,and explored new development ideas from the aspects of quality supervision,origin identification,leading enterprises,deep processing and reuse.(5)Strengthen the production,research,achievement transformation and risk prevention Consciousness,pushing farmers’ purchase of insurance,and perfecting the emergency management mechanism.(6)To promot the convergence of the development of the apple industry and tourism,and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.(7)To actively promote the modern marketing mode,with the help of big data platform,the development of network marketing. |
