With the deepening of China’s capital market,the futures industry is facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading.At present,the financial environment of futures companies is becoming more and more complex,the competition is becoming more and more large,the upgrading and integration of industrial services,and the financial market is complex and changeable.Under this situation,some industries and companies gradually participate in the futures market and use futures tools for risk management,which puts forward higher requirements for the service ability of futures companies.The competition between futures companies is,in the final analysis,a contest between talents.The training of the company’s personnel benefits from a scientific training system,which can help employees improve their skills and provide the company with creativity and core competitiveness.The scientific training of personnel is an important problem faced by futures companies.Therefore,we must pay attention to the training of marketing personnel of futures companies.As one of the largest companies in China’s futures market,C futures company is in the leading position in the industry.It should pay more attention to the training of enterprise marketing personnel.In the process of operation and development,C futures company has made some efforts in staff training,but the effect is not ideal and there is a lack of systematic training system.In such a competitive environment,C futures company should actively carry out training plans to improve the professional skills of marketing personnel,so as to provide necessary guarantee for the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper takes the marketing personnel training system of C futures company as the research object.Firstly,understand the development background of the futures market,analyze the theoretical and practical significance of marketing personnel training to the company,and determine the research methods and ideas of this paper.Then,it defines the basic concepts related to training,introduces four theoretical models,and analyzes the development status at home and abroad.Through the questionnaire survey and field interview with C futures company,it is found that C futures company formulates the training plan for employees according to its own arrangement,does not fully understand the training needs of employees,the designed training plan and arrangement are also unreasonable,and there is a lack of feedback mechanism on the training effect.Finally,determine the training principles of C futures company,put forward targeted optimization scheme suggestions for the existing problems,and point out what aspects of guarantee enterprises should provide for the establishment of a scientific training system.Overall,this paper hopes to find and find out the problems and reasons of C futures company in training marketing personnel through the research on the training system of marketing personnel,provide optimal solutions for C futures company,create a training system that can be integrated with the development status of C futures company,and ensure the healthy development of the company.
