In recent years,influenced by the external environment and national macro-control,China’s real estate industry has passed its glory days,and in the general environment of decay,the issue of marketing staff motivation in real estate companies has become more important.They are the core strength of the company to create performance,with a high turnover rate,work motivation is not strong,standing in the company’s profits to achieve the first line,directly determine the company’s economic benefits and development.Marketing staff can only be fully motivated to truly implement the company’s marketing strategy.An effective staff motivation strategy will ignite the passion of the staff,prompting them to work with stronger motivation,generating the desire to surpass others and surpass themselves,releasing the potential internal drive to contribute their enthusiasm to the company’s visionary goals.M Real Estate is a private regional real estate company,and the company has now realised that marketing staff motivation is one of the effective ways to fully mobilise marketing staff,build core competencies and drive the company forward in a sustainable manner.Therefore,how to optimise the motivation strategy of the marketing staff,fully exploit the working potential of the marketing staff and turn it into the actual ability of the company to create performance,is the urgent problem to be solved in the management of the current motivation strategy of the marketing staff of M Real Estate Company.Using the theory of employee motivation as a guide and the marketing staff of M Real Estate Company as the research object,we studied the specific practices of the motivation strategy of the marketing staff of M Real Estate Company,analyzed a series of problems and reasons revealed,and put forward the corresponding optimization plan.Firstly,the current situation of the composition of the marketing staff and the incentive strategy is summarised,and the demand for incentive elements,satisfaction with the incentive and separation factors are clarified through a questionnaire survey.The specific optimisation strategies to deal with the existing incentive problems are proposed: scientifically design the salary structure system for marketing staff,effectively improve the level of welfare benefits for marketing staff,promote the diversification of promotion channels for marketing staff,and strengthen the whole process management of marketing staff incentive.It is hoped that through the scientific design of the marketing staff incentive system,the effective improvement of marketing staff welfare and benefits,the diversification of marketing staff promotion channels,and the strengthening of the whole process of marketing staff incentive management,M Real Estate will promote the scientific concept of marketing staff incentive,enhance the economic development strength of the company,promote the standardization of the marketing staff incentive system,and improve the satisfaction of marketing staff incentive.It is hoped that the optimization of the marketing staff incentive strategy of M Real Estate Company will help M Real Estate Company retain excellent marketing talents,explore the potential ability of marketing staff,give full play to the talents and wisdom of marketing staff,and attract more excellent marketing talents for M Real Estate Company to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of M Real Estate Company,as well as enlighten other companies’ marketing staff incentive strategy optimization.
